Hard drive crashed under 3 years

Took to a computer repair shop and tHey are switching out the hard drive for an SSD one that's likely to be better faster and more reliable. Lesson learned, don't buy a laptop with a non SSD drive.

I love the bigger screen. My only complaint is that the speakers are absolutely not load enough. I have to use my headphones ro listen to anything, hence the 3 star rating. If the volume were louder it would certainly be a 5 star product.

The larger screen maximizes a larger picture to the eye. For the price paid, it's very reasonable to purchase as gift, birthday, anniversary, etc, for any occasion.

Nice size screen and is perfect for both work & personal use. Speakers aren't exceptionally loud but otherwise no complaints.

The right hand shift key is in an awkward place because they put the arrow keys there, so it's hard to use. I have to adjust the way I type to reach it. I keep hitting the up arrow instead of shift. It's pretty annoying.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
