There is a 32GB solid state hard drive for quick boot up and quick loading of programs and files. This device has the latest WiFi capability, with 802.11AC connectivity. It comes with a free 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365, a $69.00 value. If your requirements fit this profile, this device is a good choice. lenovo

I got this for my mom, but I use it sometimes too. So far it’s been a dependable little thing that works out of the box pretty much. We use it just about daily. My only complaint would be the screen, but I know for this price a different kind is unlikely. Overall you ultimately gain some funcionality over a tablet in a laptop- for my mom’s uses like paying bills, browsing, and writing away from a desk. The memory is easy to fill so I have told her to remember to clean out junk regularly. If you are someone who always wants for space that is immediately accessible you may want to look for a bit more memory. The build quality for the price is very impressive. The battery life equally so. Overall really happy with the little thing.

Good system for searching internet, emails and basic word documents. General usage. If you want more than that I would recommend something with more memory. Does not have and internet port. WIFI use only or HDMI

This was a simple solution for my mac that lost battery power. I just needed something to surf the net and do basic computing. This was my introduction to Windows 10 which was a bit frustrating at first but now I am able to navigate around in it. My only complaint is shortly after I bought this laptop the touch pad went out. I am a busy solo parent, so I haven't brought it in to BB for someone to take a look at the problem. I have instead tried several times to fix the issue myself by visiting the Lenovo website and downloading drivers for the hardware, but this didn't fix the issue. I am guessing the hardware (touch pad) may be bad. I would recommend this computer to anyone who needs a basic laptop for surfing the web, Email, and basic computing. I would just buy the extended warranty as the computer is a very basic level of components.

It's not that it's a slower computer that bothers me, it's the fact that the screen has literally been very difficult for me to use. The TN screen and display is very dark compared to even other cheap laptops of this class. I've used plenty of other cheapo 720p laptops, and the screens have never bothered me. Everything shown on this screen just looks gray and dark, no matter how much I tweak the color settings. This was for my daughter, and she couldn't stand it either. Maybe it's also the addition of the anti-glare screen (doesn't say anti-glare on online description at all when I ordered) that makes everything just look so dark and fuzzy. Nothing looks crisp. Don't take my word for the poor screen, look at youtube reviews and laptopmag.com's review on the screen. They rated it very poorly compared to others in terms of color and brightness in its class and described it as "washed out". In prolonged use, I have to look away from the harsh looking screen. The viewing angles must also be the worse I've experienced, there's only one sweet spot. I thought it might just be me but I tried to give this laptop to my dad when my daughter wanted to return it, but he used it for a couple of days and says there's something wrong with the screen so he told me to return it. I really wanted to like this laptop because other than the screen, it is just down right beautiful. It looks and feels very high quality, I couldn't have designed it better- very clean and ideal. The keyboard is even great to type and trackpad not great but fine for use. The laptop itself is slow, webcam garbage, and only has 32GB but I could easily live with that since I use it for word processing and note taking, but the screen kills it as being useful so it's a shame the designers would spend all of this time to design an amazing looking and feeling laptop and stick a screen on it that should have only been available 10 years ago. In fact, cheap laptops I have purchased 10 years ago have better brighter screens more comfortable and true to color in them. The competing HP stream is ugly as sin, but at least they can give you a decent screen. Some other points: In my week of use the laptop itself has froze once and so it required manual pressing of the power button. The start icon didn't work a few times at all, but that could be a windows 10 problem. The 32GB HD could not even support a windows update and I barely have anything on it. Isn't that funny for a brand new laptop? 32GB would only be acceptable for Chrome OS. Google Chrome Browser lags painfully, and videos at 720p are Always choppy. All video I watch must be on the Edge browser which is lighter. One must ask the question, if a laptop I just purchased new barely works with a very common browser, how will it fare in a short period of time with newer software updates? The laptop often tells me to close down some programs because it's running low on memory, I'm not even a huge multitasker so this surprised me. Typing on Edge browser can even lag often. But hey, it's 2GB of RAM on Windows 10 64 bit (Yes, I'm sure it's 64 not 32 bit) software.. how did they expect that to turn out? Final thoughts: I paid $150 for this laptop which is obviously a very cheap deal, but the screen kills it for me. Had it been given 4GB of Ram instead of 2GB so it could run a brower...., and had a screen as good as it's competitors I would happily pay $200 for it. Two stars is mainly for the nice design and comfortable keyboard. I subtracted two for the bad dark screen that everyone agrees is horrible and a star for the lack of RAM on Windows 10 64 bit, which won't even allow me to watch a 720p video on chrome.

If you're interested in this machine for very basic use such as web browsing, email, and..well..that's it, then this is a decent PC if you have some odd problem with having a Chromebook. More than one or two tabs open and it slows down to a crawl. Windows is just not designed to run well on low RAM and I did not find have a good experience with this laptop when I owned it. I returned it a few days later realized why settle when I could buy something else that works better. I do think the build of the machine is nice for the price.
