Posted .This is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Pentium processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 330-15 would be a good choice.

OK for the price and no RAM upgrade option.

One of my complaints that it has no option to upgrade the system memory (RAM) to higher speed, but in specification it described as expendable up to 16Gb, which is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Second concern is more related to BestBuy insulting policy regarding customer's valuation system; If you have everything at home and don;t need to buy anything or do't have sufficient funds to spend several thousand a month than you deserving the poorest approach with 14 days only return or price adjustment policy. The price of the laptop dropped by $80 dollars 20 days after purchase and the "discriminating" policy not letting any price adjustment because you didn't spend several thousands and cannot be treated as "valuable" for them. Next time first choice will be amazon; I never had such issues with them.

Only complaint is that I exchanged the first one because it would not wake up from sleep. Lenovo said it was a hardware problem, so I swapped it. Second one has same issue, so rather than keep exchanging, I changed settings so it won't sleep. I can live with that since I rarely move it around on battery.

good laptop so far

My laptop was pretty slow out-of-the-box and bogged down a good amount of times, but i haven't heard her mention that yet. I like all the ways the screen turns and the touchscreen. the only thing I regret about the purchase is that it doesnt have a backlit keyboard.
