If I was able to do zero stars I would. Computer broke at screen connection upon opening and closing after only 110 days. Best Buy isn't covering this faulty workmanship. They state they are only a marketplace for Joy Systems to sell the refurburbished unit. Joy Systems refused to warranty the item stating even though it FELL APART it's physical damage and that isn't covered... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This laptop showed up in mint condition it seems like! Good as new, no scratches or anything. The weight isn't so bad, although it's not the lightest laptop out there. The one downside was that the track pad doesn't have options for gestures in the device settings, which is very frustrating if you're used to that feature.
I would recommend this to a friend

Got this product for the business I'm with and came in working well as intended! A couple minor buffs aesthetically, but it's to be expected for refurbished systems.
