The only thing is the li-polomer battery doesn't hold a charge as long as the li-ion battery Lenovo states 4-6 hrs, but it doesn't last that long. Lenovo if you are seeing this is there a way to upgrade to a li-ion battery ?

With regard to the battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Right shift key not in correct space for typists

It would seem that something this basic would not be changed on any keyboard. I am constantly hitting the page up key and need to go back to correct mistakes that are being made because of that. Everything else about the laptop is great, but this is too big to ignore.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Decent laptop

We have used it to type documents play games and run photo editing software. Plays dvd movies with good quality picture. The laptop construction seems a little flimsy. I worry the body of the laptop will wear out before the actual hardware. Other than that, decent buy for the money. Would be nice if keys were backlit and would have preferred touch screen.
