    I had bought this computer for my mom...I briefly read reviews on it and learned that people were having an issue with the placement of the shift key located on the right side. I didn't think this would be an issue being that I had thought she could get use to it...but I was wrong. She groaned about it and continued to hit the down arrow when typing when she had meant to capitalize a letter; despite being aware that she had to relearn where the shift key was. Therefore, if you are not good with learning new tricks...then don't buy. We ended up returning.

      With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP. lenovo

    Disappointed didn't realize it wasn't a touch screen. Having a tough time returning it since I hand carried it from the states to Okinawa Japan since I'm active duty military
