The AIO is fast and can handle my needs without any problems. The wireless mouse and keyboard are sleek and thin and very easy to get used to. Easy to setup and connect to my wireless network. I got this on sale it I am very happy with my purchase.

Previously I had a Dell All-in-one, which I enjoyed very much. This unit exceeds that performance. The touch screen is helpful particularly for my wife who has trouble with the middle key on the mouse. I did have a compatability issue with the keyboard and mouse which Lenovo immediately shipped replacements for at no charge. I am very happy with this computer

The touch screen is easy to handle for older people and makes things easier to navigate. Also the swipe and delete for emails makes it a breeze for them to keep their emails current and not all the work to clean them up. The touch to enlarge the view is also extremely helpful for them!

Great Performance so far, almost after one month

I can have lots of windows open and doing some work on a graphics program white listening to music and has been working great. Couple of things I don't like much is the mouse and keyboard. Both have a cool design but the mouse not very comfortable to use it for long periods of time specially if you are a designer or do production work and need to use mouse extensively. I will have to buy a better mouse for my hand to be less painful. Keyboard is kind of tight, feels like can break easily and it does not have a light indicator that lets you know caps are on. Sound is ok but if I had designed this computer I would installed better sound system.

But now I think they are great for what I do and do not miss the PC taking up room in the office! The screen is amazing, love the touch screen, and the speed is great. If I had one wish it would be an "ergo" shaped, wireless keyboard.

I gave it 3 stars because speed seems a bit sluggish, especially for being brand new. I absolutely hate the wireless mouse that came with it, but my daughter likes it. I happen to have a spare mouse so everyone's happy I guess. Touch screen nice & big. Good color. Good computer for the "sale" price. Not great value for regular price.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
