    It took 3 trips to the store with a very helpful geek squad team to get everything working correctly. The main issue was the online geek squad agent, did a bad evaluation scan that forced me to take this brand new computer back to the store. But once I did, the on site geek squad personnel did a GREAT job of turning it around and getting it back to me. But again it took another 1-1/2 hour trip down and back to my house which is time I do not need to waste.

    My husband and I are Seniors. We thought a new computer would give us learning problems, but so far so good with this Lenovo computer. The Window 10 can be tricky with updates and now it's asking about Security Preferences which we don't know how to answer. The printer wouldn't print from the computer after Windows 10 update and we had to call Geek Squad. Otherwise, all is OK.
