This Lenovo is an excellent product. I would not use Geek Squad to transfer files, rather use LapLink. However, my old computer was not working so the Geeks had to retrieve data from the hard drive, which worked fairly well.

Having some issues with Windows 10 and duplicate contacts-trying to resolve that. Settings for email have deleted some emails-would like to use my external hard drive to retrieve? Thanks!

Purchasing this computer allowed me to clear up and free some much needed space on my desk. It is compact and easy to move around. The sound quality from the built-in speakers is very good.

I had a Lenovo laptop before, used it for over five years and it is still working well till Windows update massed it up. This one continues to work well. I'll buy another Lenovo in a few years.

Not sure I would buy another computer with a wireless keyboard or mouse. The 'help' I anticipated from Lenovo is non existent...that is one has to go through so many hoops to reach a real live tech. I never did, except for Premium Support and they wanted to sell me something. My computer is still under warrantee and within one month the mouse and keyboard would not work. This morning, fortunately, Lenovo scanned and repaired the drivers. A welcomed effort and appreciated. Still takes away the personal contact one used to experience. At 70 years old...what else would I expect? Thus far I would not buy this computer or brand again.

Geek squad transfered data from old computer as much as possible. That which was transfered works as expected. Some really old programs would not transfer. It's a 32 bit vs 64 bit problem.

I was going to get a laptop. But wife and the very nice salesman made the recommendation for this computer.. just love the big screen and it loads superfast. So glad I went with this one.

Love everything about the TV; at least what I can figure out :) Nice size, nice picture. Wish it would have came with a manual. I am sure it will do more than what I know it will.

I don't know much about computers but when I asked the guy at Best Buy he was very knowledgeable and said this was the best all in one and I agree! I have no problems at all!

I like the computer a lot, but I had to go out and buy a more functional keyboard and mouse.

The size, 23", is good for mi; I am a senior. This computer is most fast than my old computer, 15", an it has touch screen . I love that. Until now I don't have any problem.

My first all in one computer and so far so good. The camera seems a little low on the monitor, which is the whole computer, but so far I haven't used it. Set up was a snap.

I have been an Apple customer for years but wasn't happy with the Mac Air so thought I would change. I've found the transition to be easy and enjoyed the savings as well.

Love the look and the specs on the Lenovo. Keyboard is a little small but you get used to it. I may replace the wireless mouse as that is not comfortable for my use.

The computer was from Best Buy. My wife of 48 years deceided to have the geek squad do home start up. Gus took the data and programs from my old computer and transfer then to the new computer.

I had to replace the computer I purchased in the store when the Geek Squad who were transferring my data from old lap top told me that there were some problems with the computer preventing them from "loading" MS software. The second computer had a problem with the earphone jack not working and had to be brought in for diagnostics. Although they were able to get the earphones to work with a minuscule delay from plugging them in to the sound coming out, the computer was still not "recognizing" when earphones were plugged in. I'm now hoping for the best.

If you are looking for a computer which has a very feature then pls choose this computer. Takes very small space, light weight and the performance is awesome!

My previous computer had a screen that was too small and did not have the screen clarity that I needed for my work station. The Lenovo was just what I needed!

Works as expected with it's hardware configuration. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is either making it black instead of silver, or having a full SSD instead of a hybrid, or both!
