Posted .Once again, thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 All-In-One system. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

This is my first SSD computer and I love it. Power off to usable desktop within 15 seconds! Yes, it's that fast. Even though overall storage is only 256GB, I mainly use cloud storage for work so this is not a big deal to me. This is the fourth Lenovo PC I've bought, previous models were low to mid-end laptops for wife and kids, but all have been excellent. I love the fact that Lenovo doesn't bloat their PC's with a ton of third-party apps. The only thing I would criticize is they call out the keyboard as "wireless". While technically true, it requires a hard wire for power that needs to plug into a USB port or wall jack instead of using a battery. While not critical, it's annoying to have to have the keyboard take up a USB port on the PC since the wire is much too short to reach an outlet with a wall jack. I switched it out for my true wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse I was using on my Dell. Overall, this is an excellent computer for anyone looking for a home office/school desktop and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 All-In-One system ships with a standard wireless keyboard and mouse. Both the keyboard and mouse use 2.4GHz WiFi. There needs to be a USB receiver plugged into a USB port on the computer for wireless connection of the keyboard and mouse to the computer. There are no wires connecting the keyboard and mouse to the computer.

It's probably not great for video games as the graphics card and memory is somewhat low, but for everyday use, it's awesome!
