This Chromebook is a beaut! Its large, vibrant, 2-in-1 touchscreen makes this a great laptop or tablet. As a Chromebook, this is very simple to use. I bought this for my technically challenged 89 year old mother, and she took to it immediately. I very nice device at a very decent price.

Lenovo is one of the company that makes quality products, that iv'e have learned from past purchases. It has lightning fast internet connectivity.It screen is not to small or large, I would say it is the perfect size screen. I know I have purchase a good laptop at a all right price..

This is a great chromebook. Very easy to set up and very sturdy. It has a very nice appearance. Great value for the money. The touchscreen is a nice feature and the screen size is just what I was looking for.

love this computer. easy set up, no problems as yet. Service at Best Buy Paramus was excellent. Did not have to spend a fortune for a great lap top. Woud definetly recommend this computer and store to friends and family

I am happy with my new Lenovo Chromebook. It is easy to use, the screen is a good size and clear, the battery is long lasting. I am enjoying the touch screen option and the ability to switch to keyless usage.

Great battery life. Nice big touch screen. Only reason I took a star off is because the track pad is pretty terrible, but to be fair, par for the course of this price range. Overall though, a very good value.

this notebook is great for light computing and web surfing . I added a 400 gig sd card so storage is not and issue and I can access my home server . Battery life is really good and the screen is crisp and l Vibrant. Chrome is pretty easy once you lean some basics keyboard commands

This laptop was a great purchase for my family. We are doing remote learning. I purchased 2 of them because I have Twin girls. We love that it is a convertible piece, we are able to turn it into a tablet if we need to. It is fast and it does the job for remote learning and also games that they like to play. My twins are 12, and they love love love the laptops. If you do purchase this item, make sure you get the protection plan, you never know when they will drop or spill something on it.

It's not a desk top computer which is what I've used for the past 10+ years... but hey, I've had laptops before, and i needed something to do research online. This works great for that. I haven't really had it long so I really can't say too much about it's long term quality but I've had no issues to date or in connecting it to the internet. I can even print with my D chord through the USB port and had no problems with printing. I really like the fact that this chromebook has the 10 key pad included on the keyboard. That was, in fact, the #1 selling point to this particular laptop/chromebook. I like that there are so many instructionals on the internet to help you through any problems and that the camera has an on/off slider (another plus for the selling points). I also like that you can flip it so when I want to stream a movie or other video, I can set it A-style on the shelf like a small tv and enjoy hands/lap-free entertainment. the reasons I only gave it a 4 of 5 stars is the fact that it is not what i was used to and it has taken and is still taking me time to figure some of the features like how to use a touch pad mouse without a right click button (I thought something was wrong with it but figured that one out with online instructions). I also don't like being told I have to use a certain search engine... (even if it is the one I've always used)...after all I'm of the older generation and thing like that just don't sit right with us. ALSO it does not have a cd/dvd drawer (but that wasn't one of the things I was concerned about or planned on needing with this device). The touch screen is also a nice addition, I always wanted one for my desk top computer and it's as great as I had hoped it would be.

I purchased this Chromebook for my remote learning child. Its 2 in 1 feature is a great addition. Having the ability to have a touchscreen or flip to make it into a giant tablet is awesome. The Chromebook fully functions with ease and speed. The case is metal and seems very sturdy. The speakers work well but have their limitations. We found that the sound needed to be louder, so we added USB powered external speakers. One negative I can share is the USB port near the charger became loose very quickly. It still works fine, but it definitely has that worn in feeling of a much older laptop. My son and I were very careful about removing the USB cord, so I wouldn't classify the loose port as a result of abuse.

It has all the benefits of any touchscreen chrome book but with a full keyboard and great battery life. the place i really see room for improvement would be the speaker volume... but for the price this is definitely a winner.

I brought the Lenovo ChromeBook C340-15 at Best Buy because it was on sale. I was looking for another tablet, but was bored with them in general. One night while looking at some products online at Best Buy, i saw the ad for this Lenovo for $299.00, and it was discounted by $200.00. There are also a few $10 rebates that came with the promotion, Including taxes it costed $300.00 which is a bargain for a Lenovo Laptop. I must say this Lenovo Laptop beats a lot other laptops out there. Strong and sturdy with a screen display of 15.6 inches, the laptop weights in at almost 5 pounds. it is quite heavy to consider it a traveling laptop. However, if you need or want a pc of sorts just for emails and surfing the net, the this solid machine is your answer.

this chromebook is perfect for my daughter and her school work. It's fast and she really loves playing Roblox on it. The style is very sleek and the way you can flip the screen into a tablet makes it very functional!

This is my first Chromebook (I'm a PC girl), so it definitely takes getting used to. There are handful of minor things I'm not crazy about that I've had to Google to get the answers to, such as the lack of a normal "caps lock" button & the Chromebook's way of improvising, (combining 2 buttons), and the trouble of getting Microsoft Word to work properly at first (Need to download and sign-in to Onedrive first). Other little things are so incredibly minor that I don't even know what they are anymore, to be honest, insignificant in the grand scheme of things. I don't know all the ins and outs of computers, so I am just representing general people there. I need just enough to get by, a simple laptop with a touchscreen purely for portability's sake to work on documents and search the web. That's literally it. I don't need to do fancy projects on this thing, don't even know of it's full capability yet (if I need it for more than my basic needs), but I'd imagine it'll serve me just fine. Anyway, this regular person is pleased with the purchase for my extremely general needs.

This is our second Chromebook. We got our first one, also a Lenovo, in 2013. It worked perfectly well but stopped being supported by Google after five years, and at the time I didn’t want to learn Linux so we retired it to our pellet gun shooting range. This time around I decided to use Linux from the get-go and now it’s much easier to activate and use. I didn’t realize it for a while, but the version of Chrome that is used on Chromebooks (at least the ones I have experience with) is the mobile device/Android version. I prefer the desktop version. I was very pleased to find that the version of Firefox available through Linux is the full ESR desktop version, and it works great! Now I rarely use Chrome browser. It’s nice to be able to use YouTube and take advantage of Firefox extensions to get rid of ads and take greater control of the experience. As far as this actual Chromebook goes, it’s cpu is far more powerful than that of my first Chromebook was, it uses both WiFi bands, and the screen is much larger and better. I use a Razer Deathadder V2 Pro mouse connected via Bluetooth and a Unicomp PC122 mechanical buckling spring keyboard (via USB Type A) for my HIDs, and they both work great, with no installation headaches. They just connected and worked, without me having to do anything special. I’ve come to the conclusion that you can make cheap computers feel luxurious with high-end peripherals. As a matter of fact, I have excellent keyboards and mice for all of our computers, and it’s money well-spent. Last thing: I keep the Chromebook on a laptop stand so it is a comfortable height. I really like this “Firefoxbook!” And this time it won’t matter when Google stops supporting it, because I primarily use Linux on it. Recommended! PS- my ranking for speed is taking into account that it’s a Chromebook (my desktop is powered by a Ryzen 9 5950x, so I’m familiar with fast computers).

Still deciding how much I like it but so far it is less of a pain then what I was use to for so so many years... It takes time getting use to it, I'm 63 and used microsoft and in-house work programs for so so many years... Twice it has gone nuts on me whipped out all my changes and additions, lets just say this old Lady did a bit of cursing at it. All the little changes to make it the way I want it does not seem to be on the chromebook BUT for the most part it is faster, smoother and less frustrating then microsoft could be almost monthly. Thank goodness for finding easy help in searches. This is my first Lenovo product let alone first chromebook so as I said at the beginning I am still deciding as I work around any issues. If I can find a way to get the calendar and weather to show let alone put my photo folders on the desktop let alone move the toolbar to the top I will be much happier LOL... All in all I do have to say as far as a chromebook goes I am glad I chose this one!!! Imagine NOT having to sit for so long waiting on the latest up date like monthly to get done WOW that is a big plus for this old Lady. Ask me again in a couple months if this birthday gift to myself was worth it...

Purchased open box item and was excellent condition like new, very fast and great performance with touchscreen which makes it very easy to operate

This computer is so easy to use and function with. I am please on how easy its bluetooth connects to other things that I use. The computer is light weight and easy to access my stuff. I would buy another if something were to happen to this one. I love the feature on everything, from the keyboard lighting up, it being touch screen, being able to turn it into a stand so I can watch my shows and easy to zoom in when on touch screen

I love this Chromebook. Light, easy to use, really fast, and I love having the option to use a keyboard or a touchscreen.

I'm reviewing this item, while using this item, I'd just like to say I appreciate the size and the weight. It's bigger than my previous laptop and yet it isn't as heavy. That get's two stars. The other three stars come from the fact that this laptop meets all my needs for working with clients in-home. They can easily sign documents with the touchscreen, and being able to turn it into (basically) a tablet really helps the efficiency of my meetings. 10/10: Would recommend.
