She loves how quick it is and utilizes the 2in1 (tablet/laptop). 1080 IPS screen looks great for school and videos. She uses this non stop and has no complaints. (bought this as open box for 2 4 0 and couldn't be happier with it).

I've been having trouble with simple things like pop ups and password saves, but I think the machine itself seems good for the price point.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your C340-15 Chromebook. Long operating times should not make any Chromebook overheat or freeze. Be sure any APPs you have installed are compatible with the Chrome Operating System. Resetting your Chromebook back to original factory settings may clear the issues you are having. Could not get a new replacement so I had to send it in via Geek Squad to get it repaired. They got it in 8/3 and didn't open it till 8/11 and didn't start work on it till 8/17. The repair itself was quick and it is being shipped back as we speak.

If you are getting substantially less battery life, try resetting your Chromebook back to original factory settings.
