I am so disappointed in this laptop. It is a piece of junk. Best buy wont let me return it, and offered a $65.00 trade in value. It was a $229.00 computer. It was a Christmas present from 2016. I cannot believe best buy sells this type of junk. I have bought a lot of tvs, computers, speakers etc, I will not shop at best buy again. It's a junk store. This is not the first time I have been totally disappointed with this store, but it is the last.

I was going to purchase this for me, but liked it so much I gave it to my wife and I bought a slightly bigger Lenovo 2-in-1 for myself! The portability is great, as is the ability to make it even smaller when used as a tablet. I would advise anyone who gets one to change the power settings when used on battery power. It loads internet content very slowly on the default settings - makes you think there is something wrong with it (we found this to be true on both sizes of the Lenovo's we have). Once you change the settings, it runs just as well as it does plugged in, which is very well, and the battery life is still awesome (all day). It should say something about this in the user manual because there are a lot of people who will buy these and think 2-in1's are just too slow and take them back without knowing they really aren't.

I needed a small, light laptop for a long bike trip w limited luggage space, to work on some Word files at night. This turns out to be a surprisingly capable unit for the price.. Great keyboard, touch screen & battery life. Quick start, all solid state, smart tablet mode by flipping the screen 360 degrees. USB 3 plus a live USB port when off..for charging a phone. Handles Word and Excel very well.. I'm using it regulary back at home for routine work.. Didn't expect that. No complaints...Recommended!

Touch screen, decent speed, windows 10. Great size for on the go or to take to class for notes. Would recommend doing the memory upgrade. Your best buy staff can help you find the right stuff. Easy to put in or have geek squad do it. Not recommended as your only computer

I bought this computer for my daughter have a small laptop to work on at school. It runs MS Office and browsers without much difficulty, but won't do much else. Even when browsing, you have to be careful not to try and open too many tabs at once or it will get bogged down. That being said, the price was good and it has excellent battery life. It works perfectly for what we bought it for - a secondary computer with more portability than a full-size laptop - but I would definitely not recommend trying to use it as your primary computer.

This is basically a combination of a tablet and a laptop. It certainly isn't the most powerful laptop you can buy. The 2 GB of memory can be a bit of a bottleneck when you're doing updating and the 64 GB of storage forces you to be careful about storing too many items. However, this computer really isn't meant to be your only computer. It is light-weight, small in size, and great for using on the road. It enables you to surf the Internet, read Email, and do most word-processing and spreadsheet tasks. If you're doing heavy-duty document editing or image processing, you probably will want something more powerful. But this machine is a good value for light-duty tasks and traveling. And the touch screen is surprisingly handy.

I like it because not only is it light, small and versatile, since its a lower speed processor, I dont need to expect break fast response and actually pay attention to whats going on around the screen.

Perfect little laptop for email, browsing, Facebook and the like. Touch screen works well, tent mode and tablet mode also work well. Upside is excellent battery life. Only down side is the processor is over its head with just Win 10, so sometime the mouse is unresponsive and the pointer jerky. So you will wait a few seconds until the processor catches up. Not a laptop for games, rendering video or compiling code that's for sure. It struggles immensely with win10+word+chrome with just the tabs. It is what it is.

I purchased this laptop because my previous Acer One 10 tablet had stopped working, and I have to say that I love this one so much more. The 360 degrees compatibility is great, I can switch from note-taking in class to just viewing documents in tablet mode. I would recommend this to any one who wants a lightweight laptop that can still meet all of your needs. Battery life is great as well.

I purchased this item for my mom after the one she has had for years became obsolete. She was used to Windows, and it is a plus that Office was already on the computer and came with purchase. This is a very user friendly laptop and is easy to understand for people without much computer experience. The touchscreen makes ease of use even better, as it allows her to simply touch what she is trying to do. She also likes the fact that it can turn into a tablet, and has since learned to upload all her pictures and watch movies on it while traveling. I liked it so much while being on it to help her navigate how to use everything that I am considering purchasing one for myself. I also like the flexibility and ease of use this laptop offers for a compact lightweight computer, and was definitely fast enough for everyday use. I would prefer this over an iPad or other tablet any day. For being relatively the same size and weight, having a touch screen, and having the added benefit of a keyboard, USB ports, etc, and other computer functions you just can't get with a tablet you can't beat the price point and versatility.

I got this laptop as a early gift to myself for my birthday! I wanted something that was super portable. This is not my main computer. It is a little slow but it's still performs amazing for what I'm using it for. This laptop is mainly use for work on the web. I got it open box and was a really good deal compared to the chrome book I was looking at purchasing.

So far so good, fast enough for media tasks and word processing. Have not tested for gaming(which it isnt for) yet but if im not mistaken it should run source games(counter strike source, cs:go and such) fine. The battery life is quite great. However, if you're watching series or movies you get about 2-2:30 hours, otherwise you can easily get up to 4-5 hours.

I have some slight mixed feelings on the product, but I think it is overall able to pass as a recommended product and 3 star rating. (In my opinion!) It does have some speed issues, but it can handle small tasks, one at a time. It does NOT like Google Drive in any way for me. Luckily, my school gives a free copy of Office for students. If it did not, I would be in $200 of trouble. It seems to be great with Office never-the-less. (Probably because it is its own program and does not really require as much computer based processing as Drive does. Not a computer expert, but that is my assumption.) It is light and easy to travel to school. It does run alright when browsing the Internet, but I wouldn't even think of trying to run multiple tabs at once. I would only run multiple tabs if they are pages that can load once and I can let sit. Multiple pages that require some sort of video playing or any flash programs are not even in my realm of consideration to try. Although if you are taking it to school, using Office, and only taking notes/doing light Internet browsing, this really is a pretty good laptop for this. My concern was the speed for the price. I don't know if the $200 I paid was 100% worth every penny. I will keep it, but I want this to be fully noted. I think it barely passes my level of yes to recommendation because it does work nice for basic school things. I would rather use the phrase, Include in IDEAS of Recommendation because I would not explicitly say, "Buy this product!!" I would more or less say, "I have this laptop, it works okay for its purpose. Though, consider others." Pros: Great for notes Great for light web-browsing Light Small and easy to store Large enough to work with (I have large hands, but it doesn't seem to provide problems) Cons: Speed Limited Value/Fair Price (I know it is $200 and not a thousand dollar gaming computer or what have you, but I still think for $200 it could work a little better/faster. Cheap smartphone esq. products/iPods can probably do some of the same things for less in a few instances. Very few... things are so expensive.)

Purchase for my graduating high schooler and just needed something inexpensive. I didn't know it was very basic. I wanted an Hp but she wanted that laptop due to it being a touchscreen. Sonetimes in midstream the laptop with slow down and stall. The battery power isn't great either. While she is working on it she keeps it charging. If she doesn't it will die on her.

For the price this laptop hybrid does the job just barely. It doesn't have a decent amount of storage and the resolution of the touch screen is pretty low end being it's supposed to be a Lenovo but if you just need something to browse the web and check emails then this item is good however it's not so good if your wanting to do more . The memory (RAM) is a joke at just 2 gigs so every thing lags . I would definitely invest in something else

Laptop itself is fantastic! I love the tablet function, having the touchscreen, etc. Battery life is great!! Windows 10 really bogs this machine down. I went through and disabled pretty much everything. I bought this as purely an internet machine, and don't need all the flair and extra apps. Lenovo apps also helps bog this down with extra processes. Even with all this, I'm still experiencing slowdown. :/

Like the touch screen feature, needs more ram. 2G ram is not enough and as a result the laptop runs slow. Lack of ability to expand RAM is a bummer. With only 64 gigs of memory and 1/2 of that used by OS, it is a bummer that you cannot add more internal memory. I increased the memory storage by adding a 128G plug n Stay USB flash drive. Would recommend with these reservations.

I tested this touch screen laptop in store and it was very very laggy just doing simple tasks like opening IE and navigating to a website. I was purchasing this laptop for my young niece to use for simple tasks. I asked the Best Buy associate if the actual computer would be this laggy/unresponsive/slow and he said no...that this one was probably messed with and had some SW installed on it that shouldn't have been (spyware/malware, etc). I ended up taking his word for it and purchased the laptop. I took it home to set it up for my niece - install MS office, etc... and it is in fact horrible slow/laggy. I returned it the next day and ended up getting a different computer.
