Best selling point for me is the ability to use it as a tablet or a laptop. For her the best feature is its power. So far she has been able to do everything she needs it for. Bezel around the screen is monstorius makes the screen feel even smaller than it is. I took this unit back and got the 15in version. Good price and very portable

Had an issue with the screen not flipping but that was because of an update that did not go through. But overall satisfied!!
