I bought this computer about a year ago & have had zero problems....Use it everyday for small business accounting applications. Speed is good, functionality solid. Would buy again.

Not happy with Best buy or Lenovo when I purchased this lap top I was under the impression that I had some warranty but it seems that as soon as I left the U.S. nobody wanted to help me unless I paid for the repairs. I sent the same type of letter to Lenovo and they would not put it up on their review site so much for there B.S. but I will back in the U.S. for 6 months again shortly and will find a way to get it up on there site. I still have the same issue's with this lap top so nothing has been fixed and it's only 6 months old now. I understand H.P. has warranty all around the world so that would be my choice next time. It is a good thing I wasn't half through a business meeting with this lap top. Ed

I've had this computer for over a year now and have mostly used it for school Work and to watch YouTube music videos. I love the resolution and the 1T hard drive space.

Bought as open box. Not so good had issues as soon as we got it home. Was so slow returned to bestbuy the next day. Bought a new asus laptop instead

My new Lenovo is the best quality product that I have purchased for a remarkable price. It serves up all my needs and the installed Windows 10 makes it a breeze to use!

Bought this laptop to replace a 17 inch laptop that was 5 years old. I only paid $300 and this laptop is so much better than the one it replaced.

computer is great for surfing the internet and working on school projects. great value, a lot of computer for the money.

I like best buy for all of there products they stand behind them and give great service I recommend them to my friends

the laptop is ok i had a issue an lenovo told me i would have to buy a premium warranty before they would fix it an its still under the manufactors warranty not good service

Very upset that I have to replace the monitor after less than one month with costs of almost what I paid for the laptop......I think the product is a good one

Lenovo is the best. My other Lenovo is 8yo and no issue unlike the other of brand we have .

Average laptop, but great price. This is more for the person who wants mobility but not an avid user. Does everything you need it to, just slower.

Still in the early stages but so far so good in many ways. Love the storage space for sure.

I purchased this computer because I thought It would be a good inexpensive device to have downstairs instead of always having to go to my upstairs office to have access to a computer. I purchased it because it had a large 17' screen and boasted some really good content as far as processor speed and such. It had decent reviews so I thought it was worthy to purchase for what my needs were to brouse the internet, online banking etc. Much to my disappointment on the first boot it displayed a boot error which i learned to just press enter before the error is displayed to finish the boot process. After having the laptop for 2 days the computer began to crash. I used Lenovo's diagnostic software to determine what the problem was. The diagnosis was that the video card on the motherboard had an issue (was bad) and to contact Lenovo to resolve the issue. I removed all my information from the computer and returned it to Best Buy. Best buy issued me a refund for the computer and I purchased another brand from them and I am very happy. Word to the wise buy cheap get cheap. Don't save a buck on computers, they are really not that expensive now and go with reliable brands and not with these cheep competitors selling sub standard computers at prices that are too good to be true.

Computer not used for gaming or video streaming, works great for basic home computer use
