This is arguably the biggest heaping pile of horse CRAP. Not only did i Smash this i couldn't even throw it out because it shouldn't be recycled. if you buy this you should check yourself into a nut house or a mental asylum. !!!BE AWARE!!!

I cannot get help from Lenovo or Best Buy Geek Squad without paying more! Brand new, not working up to par and I have to pay more!!

We went back-and-forth to the store multiple times and it ended up being a Windows license malfunction and the computer was never operable at home, but it magically worked in the store. We ended up returning it and getting an HP.

I HAVE A LOT OF PICTURES ON DISK AND I'M NOT ABLE TO USE THEM. THE TECH TAT WAS HERE WAS REALLY VERY KNOWABLE AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. I'VE USED BEST BUY FOR YEARS AND THEY ARE THE BEST.

There is a lot missing on this and am having trouble adding programs. I did know that it does not have a dvd player but am having trouble getting an exterior dvd player to work on this computer. Not at all what I expected. Do not buy this. I would take it back to them to get a different one but unfortunately cannot find the box and some of paperwork that came with it. I Should have known better and am very disappointed.
