I would have given the computer 5 stars except the CD/DVD player would not work and I had to take it back to the store to get the issue resolved. Other than that the Computer has been good, I'm new to windows 10 so it's been a little slow going getting all my programs loaded etc. But so far the computer has worked out great!

If you are expecting a gaming machine or one that can handle resource hogging graphic design software, you might want to spend a little bit more money. On the other hand, if you are searching for a decent computer that can handle your day to day functions, then this is good one.

I've had multiple desktops in the past although my most recent purchase was an all-in-one. I missed the performance and ability to upgrade. After much research (and input from my teenage son) I bought this one. It had a great sales price and that made the decision easier. It was easy to set-up and works great.

When my 8 year old computer suffered the terminal blue screen of death, I needed a replacement. This desktop was recommended by BB associates as a middle of the road computer which suits my needs perfectly. I do not do gaming so I did not need the fastest processor available. However, I also did not want the slowest, cheapest one available. So far, I have been very happy with the recommendation. It came with a one year Office program. There is a built in wifi antenna which might work for most people. However, my computer is located a distance from the router the wifi connection was not good. I added a wifi adapter and everything is great. There are enough USB 2 and USB 3 port in the front and back. Unfortunately, you have to open a "door" on the front to use the front ports. Other than that, so far, so good.

This is a great PC for the price. Easy to use, easy to set up. Great speed and storage!

Considering the sale price I paid I'm very happy with this computer, especially after my birthday present. Birthday present was a 512k Samsung 850 Pro SSD. Boots up in seconds. Coming from a 4 yr old pentium this thing seems to eat everything for breakfast. I'm not a gamer but think this is only a mid level game machine. For the rest of us I don't think more power would be worth the money. I mean do you really want web pages to load a half a second faster for 2 or 3 hundred more dollars? Except for boot up the 7200rpm hard drive that came with it was easy fast enough for everyday stuff.

fantastic computer, start with an incredible speed, you can do several tasks that do not get slow, this computer has made me start to like windows 10

Purchased tower as an open box, came as a pretty basic computer so not a lot of misc non needed items. Works great with no issues

Excellent machine. Extremely quick boot up. Use CAD and two video programs while blue toothed to a couple devices with no issues. Plenty of USB ports and 3.0 ports for me. The issued mouse has a built it fingerprint reader which is nice and I haven't felt the need to up grade it. Wireless would be nice though. Very good product.

Solid business computer. Plenty of speed and memory for my needs.

My purchase was a gift for a family member so they could perform work functions at home. The associate indicated that the computer was more than adequate to perform those functions. It has not been completely tested yet but I am confident it will be ok. My only complaint was that the Best Buy credit option was not available do to some type of system issue. I was fortunate that we had other options to make the purchase

I would have to say that I was nervous about making the move to Windows 10 since I tried it when it first was available and switched back to Windows 7. Well there have been so many changes since then that it is totally user friendly now and we are loving it.Also looks very nice.

I think this is a good choice for a new computer . If you only need to replace the tower, you may want to check into this product - it is as advertised, has worked well so far. a little noisy when starting up, but other than that works fine

Lenovo is a good desktop computer. I had to buy a new computer in a rush because my old HP died. I paid a little too much for this computer But I could not wait until Blach Friiday

Lenovo designed a very nice desktop. Great low price at Best Buy! Windows 10 might take time to get comfortable with. I'm glad I bought my computer with Geek Squad support available.
