I love my new chrome book. It is great for creating invoices, flyers and promotional cards. I am able to communicate with my clients instantly. System is very easy to use.

I bought this chormebook for my son school . He only had this chormebook for three weeks and charger broke. I went to Best Buy today talk to customers service they told me there is nothing they can do. They told me it's more than 15 days I told customers service representative they should stand by their products.They told me contact Lenovo.We are loyal Best Buy customers and also past few years we spent lots of money to purchased their products I can't believe they can't stand by their products only three weeks old. I guess we have to stop going Best Buy to spend our money.

This is my first Chromebook and I like the idea of cloud storage. I was looking for Samsung and Acer Chromebook, but the price of this Lenovo won me. Pros This Lenovo Chromebook is lightweight, small, compact, and a power horse. I am using this in college and I can do word documents and PowerPoint slide shows. The basics every college student needs. I can also download and view PDF files. Typing on this Lenovo Chromebook is great. The buttons are responsive and quiet. At first I keep on pressing the search button when I was looking for the shift button. However, I quickly adjusted. Cons My only complain is the fact that the trackpad is not as smooth as my 15" Dell laptop. I literally have to press hard on the trackpad for the command to respond. Factory warranty is only good for 90 days. What the!? Other Chromebooks have 1 year parts and labor warranty. This one does not. It seems like Lenovo is not fully committed on this Chromebook model. Overall, its a good Chromebook just be aware about the trackpad issue and warranty.

A great little computer, especially given the unbelievable price point. I like it very much -- it may not have as many bells and whistles as a regular laptop, but I personally like that since it allows me to focus better as I have fewer distractions. Quite fast and almost no lag times. If you need a computer to go online, do word processing, watch movies, this is a perfect machine. Also, great battery life. I also like the chrome "extensions" which allow me to have quick access to specific tasks right from my browser.

I did some research before buying this Chrome book. If you know what the Chrome OS is then I would consider The Lenovo 100s. The price vs performance is fantastic. I would compare this highly over similar 11.6 brands. I have never once had a hickup. It starts up quicker than any device you have. The display is a matte 720 HD screen it does well, but if you want Full HD then you will pay more for it. Over all I'm happy with my purchase. I would say this would suit most peoples needs for a laptop. No hassle device. I'm typing this review from it now.

Needed a laptop fast and affordable. Looked around a little and knew the specs I wanted. This fit perfect, so I gave it a try. Very happy with the features and ease of use. It lives in my back pack and is holding up well, battery life is great and of course size and weight are perfect for carrying everywhere.

I only purchased it yesterday, so I should probably wait to write a review, but I'm really liking this Chromebook. I traded in an older laptop and compared to this Chromebook I swear the old one weighted 50#. I recently bought a Nexus 6p, so I am already a Google fan. This Chromebook is light-weight and easy to use. The keys are responsive as is the touch pad. I will have to get used to using the alt key + other keys to use functions usually found on a keyboard. (My rating is 4 star because in my opinion, nothing is that perfect.)

Laptop works as advertised. Incredible battery life and easy to setup. The tap-click on the trackpad isn't as great as my MacBook Pro (but I wasn't silly enough to think that it would be). I've already recommended this Chromebook to others; it's great! I especially enjoy the convenience and light weight when working on my car and using this to watch an instructional YouTube video.

Small. Light. Easy to use. Fast enough. Not the best but great for its price.

Solid build quality, great price. Perfect for browsing, email, online tasks, including Office online. Battery lasts 10 hours, so i charge it about once per week. Lightweight too!

this Chromebook is a great & cheap substitute to a full laptop to suit your web browsing needs. This unit doesn't have the fastest hardware however it isn't that noticeable. The hardware impacts don't outweigh the price. I only notice sometimes when initially launching google inbox or of course when you have more than 10 tabs open. The battery is amazing as listed I get around 8 or so hours i would definitely buy this Chromebook again if i needed another one. price is great!

I purchased this computer for my 13 year old eighth grader. This computer is pretty light weigh & very basic. It is the size of an Macbook Air. UNDERSTAND THIS COMPUTER IS NOT WINDOWS BASED! This computer works on a Goggle based system. Other than surfing the internet you have to download apps. I saw the reviews but did not understand until the unit was received. Once you get to know the system (which is simple) this thing works great. This computer was purchased for my 8 grade child to use for school which, I was pleased to find out the school system is now using monitored Google based technology Apps to connect the teachers to the students. This computer is perfect for my 8th grader. I must also note Google chrome has its own software protection built in. GREAT BASIC COMPUTER FOR SCHOOL USE.

My brother suggested I replace my son's broken laptop with its Windows OS, and try a Lenovo IdeaPad 100S Chromebook. It does everything my son needs to do with speed and simplicity, and I can't thank my brother enough for steering us to the Chrome OS. It was a bargain and costs less than the repairs would have been on an old slow laptop. I am so impressed with the ease that he can surf the Web, create basic useful documents, and organize photos and music, I plan to purchase one for myself. I will get something with a larger screen so I don't have to use my reading glasses. I have an iPad Air, but when a keyboard is necessary a Chromebook will work for me better than the frustrating laptop (2 minutes to boot up vs seconds for the Chromebook) with Windows 10 I am using right now. As a teacher for 40 years I needed and used every Windows OS that came along, but now I want simple and fast, and the Lenovo my son is using provides that.

I was in need of a computer that I could easily carry around for school. After doing my research, I landed on this chromebook. When it comes to school work there is NOTHING I can't do on this chromebook that I couldn't do on my MSI at home. The battery life is incredible and boot time is a few seconds IF THAT. So far I have no complaints about Chrome OS or this chromebook! Exactly what I was looking for.

For the price, this is a great chromebook! All we use it for is google apps, web, and Netflix. Does the job well.

The Lenovo Chromebook was priced well, is easy to use, versatile, light weight, sturdy and attractive. I consider it a great buy!

We bought this computer as an entry level computer for our special needs son. He uses a computer at school and his teacher informed us he really enjoys using the school computer and the online learning system they use. We decided to get him his own computer that was inexpensive. He loves having his own computer and enjoys being able to access the online learning system at home working on math and reading. It is easy for him to use.

never had chrome book before. would rather have than tablet. however may go for the chromebook & tablet together next time around.good battery life. great portability, really good value for the money. also the technical support for the chromebook is excellent. guess what, don't have to pay for the security anymore. it will pay for itself. go goog or should i say a to z.

I purchased this in place of an iPad because I couldn't really justify the cost at this time. We recently switched over to using Google apps and Chrome at work so I was familiar with the Chrome browser and its possibilities. The switch was easy and Chrome apps are pretty impressive. My main reason for purchasing this was to use for web browsing and for email, so this was perfect for me. My only caution to those considering purchasing this is to know what you're getting. THIS IS NOT A LAPTOP IN THE TRADITIONAL SENSE. You have to be online pretty much all the time to make the most of this device. You can't install Office (but you don't need to with Google apps anyway). As long as you realize what you're getting, I would highly recommend this as it's a great value for the money.

This device is really a fun device for the price and exceeded expectation for how cheap it is.
