Although the solid state drive is smaller, the boot time is quick and internet surfing is as quick as my other faster laptop. I would buy this again for the sale price.

The RAM and processor seem not enough as he often complains of sharp drop in FPS and ends up using his old Mac to play instead. Should be sufficient for daily usage but not for gaming.

Ideal laptop for light use

The main thing the kid wanted was to still have a DVD player for some old videos. This one came up on the deal of the day. The boy was very happy with what he got. So far it has been dependable and he had seen no issues. However, he uses it mainly for videos. Recording music he makes and YouTube

Good laptop for the price

I don't understand why Windows 10 S since you will need to remove it from S mode if you want to install any software. Example Turbo Tax is not in the Microsoft store so you would not be able to use the computer to do your taxes. It would be nice to have a larger drive.

I complete my classwork for college and it runs great and comes equipped with most of the software that I need, and anything else I can easily download because there is more than enough memory to store it.

Certainly not a powerhouse of a machine, but suits its purpose. Bought if for my mother to replacing an aging laptop and she had difficulty connecting the Ethernet cable. Not sure the purpose of the little spring-loaded Ethernet port
