Great Laptop for the Price

The speed is a delight, and it's light and tiny enough to get into any bag.

I have never had a Lenova before and I am not computer savvy by any means. But this computer is very much fitting my needs. The staff at Best Buy also helped making it easier to choose the one we got.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 5 of these items for work. 3 of the 5 failed out of the box. Didn't bother checking the last 2. Lenovo support only offered a 2 week turnaround repair and no option to speak to a technical person. Really? Three identical hardware failures out of the box, what are the odds? I would think they would want to avoid a return if possible but they were unwilling to provide any additional support or support information. Needless to say, all 5 are being returned with no chance of returning. Lenovo has lost a customer. In the end, it was the lack of willingness to resolve the problem with so many out of the box failures.
