The other day out of the blue it would not turn on. Kinda weird. Now ill be honest with you I'm no computer expert but I know my way around computers. I only used this one for storage of personal photos, documents, and some music or videos so I shouldn't have overworked it . . .

Had a technical issue but went to Best Buy to have Geek Squad look at it an the corrected the issue. I am glad that Best Buy stands behind all of the products they sell and if there is a problem Best Buy Geek Squad will fix it. The customer service was great!!

This was a gift that I purchased for my Mom for Christmas. It works perfectly for what she needs to do (general browsing, facebook, emails, photo storage bc she is afraid of the cloud, etc.) Actually the specs are probably more than what she needs it for but hopefully that means it will last a long time!
