Unfortunately, the body of it feels cheap and as if it were going to break easily. Runs well enough, just doesn't feel high quality. It is nice to have the number pad on the keyboard.

Feels solid, although I do wish the charging cord was a bit longer.

I am a little disappointed with the touch pad. It makes a noise every time you tap it and I cannot get the two finger tap to work even after updating the drivers.

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Yellowish blurry screen

I was looking for bright white background when you open a browser, but they are yellowish. It hurts the eyes. Tried changing display settings, brightness, night time settings, etc. nothing seemed to work. Had to return for this reason. I bought one from Staples, a bit lower specs, but same issue. Returned both

It is one of the best laptops I have worked on - work or at home. The screen is a good size and the laptop is light to carry. Great choice!

The SSD makes it quiet except when it is charging. When it is charging and not in use the fan spins loudly and the computer gets really hot. I wish I could return it but the return period is super short & I didn't notice how hot it was getting until this past weekend. The screen is also a huge disappointment. It's dim and the viewing angle is terrible. It's like a security screen at a bank. You have to be directly in front of it to see anything. It's weirdly dim and frankly, hurts my eyes after only 20 minutes. I have tried adjusting the settings to no avail...pointless. I have used laptops with matte screens in the past. They were never this bad. I bought this less than a month ago when it was $200 off so I guess I am $200 less mad at being stuck with it... I don't see myself purchasing anything else from Best Buy given the return policy. Pros - It is a laptop Cons - SCREEN IS TERRIBLE Fan is loud when charging & gets really hot

When charging, the device will generate additional heat, this is normal. The onboard, internal fan will spool up to maintain the proper operating temperature of the device, this too is normal. If you feel the computer is getting too warm while charging, we recommend you stop by your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad examine the device ASAP.
