We decided on this laptop for the brand name, screen size and power on-off button on the top right corner versus a side off-on power button. We had one small issue with this laptop in that there was power to the laptop but it didnt display anything on the screen. We were able to fix the issue by unplugging the power and monitor ans holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

Spam on first use of setting it up

First using the laptop all of a sudden it came across the screen making all kinds of noise that I needed to call a number. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was spam at the time. Cost me $998. I will never get back.

It came with Windows 11 rather than Windows /S which I am very pleased about. I'm able to download and utilize all the programs I need. Thus far, its been fantastic!
