    This is my 3rd Lenovo laptop. I am by no means a computer person, I just keep trying when learning a new computer. It did take me awhile to get everything set up. But, that is not the fault of the laptop. This is do to my knowledge or lack of. The keys are easy to type on. The picture is clear and precise. I updated it as soon as I charged the battery and started it. It didn't take long to update and start to use. Have been using now for about 2 weeks. No problems.

    Works as advertised, great picture, works good to watch movies. Only disappointment was the processing speed. Kind of slow just adding photos to spreadsheets. Overall happy.

    So... despite reading the specs carefully, the laptop is heavier and much larger than I expected. It does not fit in a standard laptop bag. Also, I thought I was getting a better web cam, but was shocked that this one is even worse than my previous laptop. It's not fast and I've already had video issues playing videos I took with my Canon camera (jumpy, jerky). Don't buy this if you can afford something else.

    Was waiting to upgrade my old laptop which booted and shut down slow, and I'm glad I waited. This new laptop boots and shuts down very quickly. processing power is great for what I use it for.
