Save your money on this hunk of junk gamers.

This comp is a piece of junk. As stated in the other low review, it locks up within 20 minutes of turning it on EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT ON. Now it is locking up more than once. Gamers beware, there is no warning and in the wrong situation you could waste 100 of hours of grinding in one occurence. When it locks, it requires a hard shut down, that can't be good for it, and then a restart to not delay reloading a game being played. I uninstalled Macafee in hopes the response to the other bad review would help. It did not. Lenovo has packed this computer with so much crap software, there is no telling which one is the problem. Who knows, it could just be crap hardware. I'm stuck fighting TOTAL Adblock all the time. I don't want it and there is no option to uninstall it. Just save your money, take the money you would spend on this hunk of junk and build your own. The video card is weak as well. I'm kicking myself for not spending just $100 more and got a gaming comp with a real video card that hopefully didn't lock up at the drop of a hat.

The Lenovo Legion Tower 5i Gaming Desktop model number 90NC00R5US ships with just two adware programs, a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 (as part of Windows 10 operating system) and a 30-day trial of McAfee virus protection. Lenovo computers ship with one of the cleanest factory software installs within the consumer computer industry. The only adware that would display a warning pop-up is McAfee virus protection after the 30-trial period, if it has not been uninstalled. The Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System installed on this model should not lock up or freeze. be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10, including games. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

I would not recommend this PC to anyone. This PC was working fine at first. After a week, it began to blue screen every time I turned it on. I tried factory restarting it but nothing seemed to fix it. Now it is starting to bsod more and my audio will play on my monitor instead of my headset. Graphic card The graphic card broke after 6 months of use. I can’t even find the exact graphic card online.

This PC crashes every other time you open it without fail! The RGB fan also didn't ever work. I bought this PC new and have only had issues with it.
