Great laptop for those on a budget

Picked it up on sale and have been happy ever since. I did upgrade the ram to 32 gbs and since doing that I’ve seen a major improvement in speed and performance. Plays the games I love at max settings while still getting good fps. Definitely recommend if you don’t have a lot to shell out for a higher end laptop.

Good stuff

Regarding fan noise when plugging in your LOQ, this is normal, as your system is receiving a surge in power input, and if the device is not in quiet/cool thermal mode, the system will take advantage of this raised power input, boosting internal processing speeds, which can produce more heat, causing the fans to active to counteract this.

My review from my experience shopping at Best buy for my awesome laptop. First off. The staff that assisted me. Rather that person asked me if I needed help or the ones that finished helping me. I had a good experience shopping there. My laptop is by far the best electronic that I can actually say. Hands on. Is the best I have ever experienced. It had everything I was looking for in my laptop for my needs. It has been so rewarding to finally be able to use Meta desktop tools. I could not have gotten this smile on my face without the awesome help of the awesome employees that are there with a smile and a helping hand. I just want to say thank you for your service and helping kind hand in guiding me to the right laptop. If I could rate more than 5 stars. I would. Here's to being and doing a great job!

Amazing performance and value

This laptop runs smooth as butter, whether I’m multitasking or gaming. Titles like Warzone, Apex, and Elden Ring handle great with solid frame rates and no stuttering. The thermals stay in check too, which was a nice surprise. On top of the performance, it looks clean and professional—not too flashy but still sleek with a subtle gamer vibe. The keyboard feels great, and the display is bright and sharp, making both gaming and everyday use enjoyable. If you’re looking for a well-balanced gaming laptop that performs great without breaking the bank, this Lenovo LOQ is a solid choice. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Everything you want for reasonable price

Runs awesome. Plays call of duty, assassin's creed ,GTA.....all smoothly and crisp. Make sure you have good internet, if you don't, don't blame the laptop! 10/10 would buy again. I played Xbox my whole life first gaming PC for me...never will go back to console

Great computer for school

Regarding your issue with battery – as you may know there are lots of variables that contribute to battery and in gaming laptops that can increase even more due to their high-powered processors and graphics cards. If you want to squeeze out more battery life and are completing non-intensive graphics tasks, you can utilize the MUX switch built into this model to turn off the dedicated GPU to greatly decrease power draw. This can be done in the Lenovo Vantage app > top right box > GPU working mode, then choosing your preferred method. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words, along with custom settings configurable in Lenovo Vantage. You could also press the Fn + R key combo to toggle to a lower refresh rate for even more power conservation.
