Just follow instructions provided to activate Windows. Buyers be aware you need to purchase cable as needed for monitor. Plenty of USB ports.

Missing pieces!

It did not come with the cord for the power block and vga cable. Very disappointing. Never buying refurbished from Best Buy again!

Was unable to connect to any internet, on wife or hard wired. I returned it and was not asked what to problem was, so I am sure someone else will buy this again .
