The files were corrupted and windows wasn’t installed correctly. Thankfully my husband was able to fix the issue, or else I would have gotten a refund for this.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really have no complaints. After 4 years the only issue I’m running into is the fan just malfunctioned. This is after the computer has for the most part stayed continuously on and just being put to sleep when not using it as opposed to turning it off. So I think it’s held up amazing in the last 4 years. I can’t recall it ever crashing on me and it’s done great holding up to the constant use. I work from home so I literally use it every day.
I would recommend this to a friend Don't buy the extended Geek Squad coverage.

Useless 5-6 hour wait time after a week of trying to get help. I finally get someone to talk to and he states you will have to call back they are having technical difficulties!! Horrible customer service total waste of money and time. I am currently looking for another store to buy my desktop and 3 more laptops for a small business.

Nope no serial ports. I bought a second one. Same results. No serial port. I tried to communicate with Best Buy but couldn't do it. Obviously, I will never purchase from this firm again.
