She is computer literate but isn't familiar with the newer generation of laptops. This lightweight and sleek laptop is very quick and easy to navigate. Getting familiar with Chromebooks is a work-in-progress, but it isn't that much different than Windows. Simply put -- my wife loves her new Lenovo laptop !

My son doesn't like computers but this one he likes because it is touchscreen. Appears to hold the charge longer than other chromebooks and has a good size screen. The LENOVO S340 is a more than pleasing Lap Top.It is very fast,and Google Chrome is very easy to work with. The touch screen is another added feature that go well with the LENOVO S-340. That shouldn't be a big deal, but surprisingly many at this price point have subpar screen resolution. Other than that, the RAM, storage and CPU won't blow anyone away, but they are more than adequate for most tasks that a chromebook is designed for anyway. My 7 year old son is quite technically proficient and greatly prefers touchscreens, so these were my search criteria: a 14" 1080p touchscreen, with adequate RAM and CPU to get all the schoolwork done without issue. This was really the only device available at this price point that met all of the requirements, all of the others were at least $100 more! So far we are pleased with it and have no complaints. It also has two USB-C ports, one of which is power delivery for charging- a nice perk as well.

Good Chromebook but the charger didn't work!

Touch screen works well, setup was quick and easy, and it seemed plenty fast. I later discovered the charger wasn't working. I called the local Best Buy store and they told me I could buy a generic USB charger if we wanted. I already had a USB charger for another device which I have been using but I wish the charger it came with worked.

Decided to take a chance on a Chromebook. So happy I did, it’s really all I need. Stable, fast, just works! I was getting tired of windows and all the constant issues. This think just works! It’s really based off google chrome and you will need a google account. Most storage is done on the google drive cloud but it has a micro USB port. I have my work files there... just fits my needs, may never go back to a regular laptop. This Lenovo unit also has the newer chrome os which runs android apps and google play store!!!! Nice!
