The touchscreen and keys work beautifully. It performs very well when you browse the web, but it won't let you access certain websites because of cookie issues. I can't delete downloaded stuff without basically being a computer hacker. If you get one keep in mind it doesn't flip all the way into a tablet, it goes completely flat. It came with a free 3 months of I tunes, (that i can't even use because it's not apple...) a security program that protects you from viruses (It blocks every site you try and go on), and it didn't even come with a stylus. It's not bad for its price and performance, but it lacks in actual security features, full tablet conversion, and you can't access chrome canvas for some reason... I got it as a web surfer / schooling / drawing tool. Can it do it? Yes, but with limitations... I feel like you have to go to Chromebook school to figure out how to use the darn thing. All in all, Its good, but not great.

For them it's easy, 1) because they use chromebooks in school, 2) the touchscreen gives them the versatility of a tablet which they are used to. The quality is great for the money, setup is quick, allows for many users without complications, screen quality is decent, for school work and other minor personal tasks is great. Highly recommend it.

I want Best Buy and OnTrac the shipping company to see this and tell their workers .

For the Price, Not a Bad Chromebook

Bought this for my wife to do her online masters program. This Chromebook easily handles the online classes and dashboard assignments. It gets a little bogged down with too many tabs open, but chalk that up to the low-end Celeron processor. The touchscreen is a nice addition. My wife really likes it.

However, the one thing that would stop this from being perfect is the spacebar! It is incredibly difficult to press if typing on it normally. I just thank goodness my dad is the type to type only with his index finger.

The school used a similar Chromebook so we got this. Setup was easy. Logging into her school account was easy. She gets all her work done in exactly the same manner. Well built, nice touch screen, easy setup.
