For these types of things it works well, but my wife is mainly a Windows user so being forced into ChromeOS has been a bit hard. Giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t offer much outside of web browsing and document storage but it’s worth the price.

Even though it is in a bit short side of memory & Storage, it does the job done for basic online activities. The only downside I found was with the screen glare and brightness. You'll have to crank up the brightness to the max if you are in a well lit room or sitting by the window and it is barely usable outside on a sunny day. Other than that, happy with it so far.
