I bought this laptop for my 7 year old right before things locked down for COVID-19. He's been able to complete his assignments without issue and the extra parental controls with the Google Family Link allows him to use the device with little oversight or worry about the dangers on the web. For the price and the purpose this laptop was perfect!!!

I'm still playing around with it but there lots of freatures I like about it, I'm still learning to get used to it, I like the size and its light weight so easy to carry around.

I love that I can pair it with my android phone. It's fast and easy to use.

I bought this just as COVID was closing in and schools were cancelling quickly in March. It was for my 4th grader, who while he'd used Chromebooks in Elementary School, wasn't super proficient with it yet. He was able to get this one all setup and working so he could do online learning at school. It works well, and stays charged for a full day of use. A+++

Good value for a basic laptop. If you're looking for something where you need a browser, need to run a couple of Android apps, then this laptop is is. Between the browser, and the ability to install the Android versions of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams, this laptop met the mark. The only thing is the camera is pretty low resolution, so don't expect and HD video experience on meetings. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Had to buy an additional laptop for my children whom are now home and doing their classes online. They love the touch screen. It is super easy to set-up and use.

I bought this as a school "laptop" for my grade school age son for remote learning, so it's mostly used for Zoom meetings, various web-based educational material, and a little gaming after school is done for the day. The screen resolution and brightness is excellent, the battery lasts far more than one school day, and the ability to fold/transform as needed from laptop to tablet mode is really convenient for various applications. It's a great value for the price, and does exactly what we need it to do!

Got this Chromebook for my girlfriend to use as a remote access point. It meets her needs, as she really only uses email and remote access through Chrome. I played with it a little while setting it up. It's a quick machine, the backlit keys are solid and screen is good. The resolution could use some improvement and the speakers are slightly muffled. Despite these little things, it's a good Chromebook for what it can do; simple stuff.

I have had 3 chromesbooks so far (Acer and Samsung). In fact, went into Best Buy to get another Samsung but happened to see the Lenovo on display. I'll be honest - it looked so good, I changed my mind on the spot and left with the Lenovo chrome not the Samsung. I've been very happy with it for several months now - Extremely easy to set up - in fact, there's hardly any set up to do! It isn't the lightest weight Chrome that I've ever had but it's also the largest. Very happy wit this purchase; I expect to enjoy this little machine for quite some time.

Great touch screen laptop easy to setup and use I love it

Love the touch screen. Very responsive, Little to no learning curve. I am not tech savvy found it very easy to use.

Purchased for my daughter to use for school. The touchscreen is nice to have for some of the classes that require her to draw and such. I like the finish as well, good looking Chromebook.

I wanted a newer Chromebook, due to mine is too bulky for portability purposes. The Chromebook is great for that. Great size and features for me at 14 inches, great screen, and back-lit keyboard. However due to the current situation (COVID-19) of more tele-meetings with work and social organizations, I find that the camera is terrible. The camera specs at best buy site says 720p, however the computer says 480p. The camera is dark and grainy. In my opinion, performance A, features A+, value, A, camera F. Average grade for me: C+
