If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to make the setup easier. Every time my son plays, he has to take his phone out of the headset a few times to wake it back up and then press launch before sticking it back in. You should be able to launch the game from the headset.

Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges

Don't expect the highest quality VR as it used the reflection of your phone running an app. My Iphone 7 did get quite hot after use but it didn't seem to cause any long term damage. This is a must buy for any Star Wars fan!

Posted .We are glad to hear that you and your family are having a lot of fun playing the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges.The best way to adjust the Star Wars Jedi Challenges headset is to: place the unit on your head and then adjust the two side straps first. Then adjust the top strap until the headset is at a good height and feels comfortable to you.

Wish it didn't have to tie up my phone in order to play it...but, price you pay for fun i guess. Phone does get hot while playing (Samsung S8)...not to thrilled about that but so far no damage or harm done...no lag issues on running the game. Very fun games and really neat concept.
