Support for this was awful, but they did send me two new light sabers until we got one that worked.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. You only have to set it up one time, the first time you use it. Please make sure that you are using a compatible phone. It is very important that the phone you will be using for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is on the compatible list, otherwise the hologram images may not be as the developer intended. Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges.

The other day it was on sale so I bought it . I was eager to set it up and play. I went to lenovo's website and watched some videos and found out there is a list of phones that can only use the Star Wars VR and mine was not on the list had to return it unopened. I was disappointed that a company would market a game that only works with a handful of cell phones,

Just make sure to have a compatible smartphone and DO NOT LOSE THE CABLES that come in the box that connect your phone to the headset. Must put a phone with the app into the headset and connect with one of the OTG cables provided. Works with Android and iOS.

Amazing graphics / fun gameplay
