Thank you for your feedback. The Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is intended for people 13 and older. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Please make sure that you are using a compatible phone. It is very important that the phone you will be using for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is on the compatible list, otherwise the hologram images may not be as the developer intended. Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges

Thank you for your feedback. The Star Wars: Jedi Challenges offers one storyline taking the player through more than 30 challenges across three types of experiences. There are additional games that are available and they are a free download through the game app: New Lightsaber Duels ,New Planet for Strategic Combat, New Content in Assault mode and Introduction of Porgs – Players will be rewarded with fan-favorite porgs in augmented reality. And a “Dual Player Mode” that allows you to battle your friends. (You would need two sets for this)

Bought this as a gift. The light saber was not working/charging. Contacted lenovo who said they would be sending us a new one within 3 business days. 15 days later, I called to follow up and they are not sending it until the end of January. Never got to play the game - don’t waste your money or time.

You better off watching the cartoon show of starwars. Spin yourself as fast as you can, then play the cartoon and watch it. In other words, I got dizzy playing this $100 contraption. Waste of money!

Dumbest product ever. It is not responsive enough to exist. When using a lightsaber you need to constantly resync the handle for it to even work. Handle looks cool though
