The technology and potential for additional games on this platform are obvious. Headset is a bit heavy with the phone installed, but likely the nature if the beast on all such AR/VR platforms.

The best way to adjust the Star Wars Jedi Challenges headset is to: place the unit on your head and then adjust the two side straps first. Then adjust the top strap until the headset is at a good height and feels comfortable to you.

But we did the demo in our Best Buy store and the kids loved it, as they went to look in another part of the store we sneakily bought it! They will be thrilled!

Still has the feel of an early generation device, but the price drop from a few months ago make it a great present. 3. Not 5 stars b/c it doesn't support Samsung Galaxy S9 yet. Using an S7 with it but it overheats after about 30 minutes of play.

Whatever I could imagine to be a light saber. Now with this it puts the saber in your hand. Good reactivity. I love it!

Definitely lives up to it's name as far as the challenges aspect is concerned both physically and mentally.

1 Please check and make sure your Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset is fully charged.
2.We recommend that you upgrade your iPhone to the latest version of iOS to date (iOS 11.1.x and above)
3.Please reconnect your phone with the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset. Make sure the light on the headset nearby the micro-USB port turns red
If you are currently running iOS 11.0.x or a previous version, the connection between the iPhone and the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset will take up to 40s to be active. Updating to iOS 11.1.x or a more recent version will reduce that time to under 5s.

It is very important that the phone you will be using for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is on the compatible list, otherwise the hologram images may not be as the developer intended. It is not just the size of the phone that is important. Please find the updated list of phones at jedichallenges.com/compatibility. It is also very important that you let the "app" that is included guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the system will be synced correctly.

As fun as it is, it was one of those gifts that got a lot of use up front and then ended up in a corner until the pandemic hit. Recently dusted it back off and it is again getting actively used. It can be a bit heavy to wear, but I would still recommend for a Star Wars lover.
