    Let me start out with the good. This tablet has amazing sound and performance is pretty good for it being a budget tablet. Screen is pretty good but could be a little bit brighter. Now on to the issues. This tablet software optimization is terrible. No option to change 24-hour clock to 12 hour clock and it's built in weather app. This tablet also has a feature called standby mode which just like the weather app has no option to change the 24-hour clock to a 12-hour clock. The next major issue is the worst out of all of them is a volume issue. If you press the volume button sometimes the volume goes all the way up rather it's playing from the tablets built-in speakers or with earbuds so beware when turning the volume up. This tablet also had an issue with rebooting but seems to be fixed what a software update. All the issues this tablet has are software related and could be fixed with a software update. If all these issues are fixed I will gladly change this review to a 5 star.

    For entertainment, mild gaming (think "brawl stars") and basic office tasks, not to mention typical Internet browsing, this tablet is perfect. Also serves as an Alexa (or hey google) when charging. Also does great with light work. The Best Buy version comes with charger (45 watt!!!) but without stylus, which is fine by me, since I have my IdeaPad pen/stylus anyway. A+++
