Just purchased this computer online and had all my software installed before I realized they sent me a computer with windows 7 software. They stopped selling computers with windows 7 back in 2016. I asked Best Buy to send me updated windows 10 software and they said they cannot do that and I have to bring the computer into a store and exchange it because it is defective. I had to pay professionals to come and install my camera system and payroll programs so I really do not want to lose all of that. Also I purchased the computer online so I wouldn't have to go to a store so why should I be inconvenienced and have to lug it all the way to Best Buy for their mistake?
