Thinkpad 11e they sent had Windows 7 not 10
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried to buy a laptop for my daughter made the mistake of buying it online unseen and remote, the Lenovo - Thinkpad 11e 11.6 Laptop they sent had windows 7 on it and no way to update it anymore, now I have to return it or pay $120 for windows 10. My mistake for buying it indirectly as a present, pita.

Posted .Before you send this back, check one more time to be sure that Windows 10 is missing from this computer. The product linked to your review shows Windows 10 and states that the operating system is in fact Windows 10.
