What I received was not the model advertised so be warned. Specs listed for the item indicate 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) screen, the item delivered is a 1366 x 768 screen. Also, item listing indicates 180gb hard drive but this one came with a 250gb drive, so I guess it's a crap shoot which version of this computer they send. Disappointed in the screen resolution as I was hoping to use this more often without an secondary display, but for the price the processor and memory are speedy at least.

Computer is as described but.... Dont let it go on the internet if you wish to keep windows 7. I recieved it on a tuesday - set it up on Wed which required registering software on the net, but had to leave for 6 days out of town. When i turned it on (without being connected to internet) it updated to 10. There was no way to roll it back. I tried and two other of my tech friends couldnt either. It is unusable to me because the software and hardware i needed it for can only be used with windows 7 or another older OS. My kid will at least have a laptop to use next school year and I am on the hunt for another windows 7 computer or a legit copy of windows 7. It is a good laptop if whatever your doing is good with win 10.

While it was refurbished I did expect it to work more than 6 months. When we took it to the store to be repaired, they said they could not because it was not able to be. And then they said to check on line. There was no on line option to check how to get it repaired or replaced. And so I have it sitting under a desk, because we can't use it. I was to be a computer for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Didn't need to be fancy. But the specs were such that it should have been fine. And it was, until the screen wouldn't come up and nothing would work. It's just black.

Overall excellent device. It being refurbished makes no difference. Love it!!

After returning a crappy Asus, the Geek Squad offered me this as an equal exchange, despite the $100 difference. I bought this for my girlfriend who was taking remote classes and she loves it.

I am now in a lot of trouble because this terrible laptop stopped working less than 3 weeks into my online class. Now I have to go to the expense, and more importantly, waste time to buy another laptop and try to get my money back for this piece of _____. It has put me behind in my class, jeopardized my job, and I will never buy a refurbished electronic from Best Buy again. From the first day I turned it on, it would not shut off, it never operated Bluetooth as it should and now it’s just totally dead and won’t even turn on!!!! I am so dissatisfied!!!!

I was assured by he agent that this laptop had Windows 7 on it. If I had known it would come with 10, I would not have purchased it.

Work computer for the guys in the field. It is durable and inexpensive. It does everything we need

This was suppost to come with Win 7, but I got Win 10. I'm one of those nostalgic weirdos that likes old OSes, but I think this is screwing with the amount of memory I have and ability to get anything done. Fingers crossed I can get a legit copy of an older OS, since support ended -_-

I was looking for a refurbished computer running Windows 7 which is what the website showed. However, when I received it I discovered it was running Windows 10. Do not want that at all. No thank you.

It works great. The screen casing was a little cracked but it went back together ok. There are three pixels out on the screen. NBD.

Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop is good and no issues so far.
