little to no support if you have a problem with equipment unless you pay additional fees that's b___ s___! like equipment don't like Best Buy support

Nice weight, seems pretty sturdy. Runs basic programs well;windows, office, a few games. Solid, light enough, for my young kids to use for school work

So far, this laptop is good for me. It is very similar to the ThinkPad that I had/used for the last 10 years, making the learning curve very easy.

The idea behind this product is great. It is a mix of a laptop and tablet. It could be an excellent tool for a student. And this is why I bought this product. This was supposed to be a replacement for my daughter's old computer. Unfortunately, this product is a total disappointment. Here is the list of issues: 1. The first computer we got had a faulty wireless internet card. It performed worse than an old dial-up modem. 2. We went back to the store to get the second copy (within 15 day return period). The second item was not any better. While the internet card was working this time, other problems popped up. This time the computer would not wake up from its sleep mode. It would also randomly turn itself off. We took it back to the store again. We have purchased the Geek Squad protection plan. The gentleman was kind enough to exchange the defect unit for a new one. 3. The new one turned out to have had a cracked screen. Also, MD Word crashes every so often. When I went back to the store to point out theses issues, the only offer I got was for me to leave the computer with them for repairs. Because my daughter really needs the computer for her school work, this was not an option. I will have to wait for the end of the semester to do that. 4. The battery life on all unites we have got is nowhere near the advertised 7 hours. 4 hours is the experience we have got. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. My experience with it has been awful. For the price I paid, I could have gotten something much more reliable. Beware of buying this product. You may waste a lot of money.

When you use touch screen, screen does not bounce like other laptop. Easy to switch between laptop and tablet mode. Overall, I am loving it.

Great speed and feature although I don't like windows 8. Touchscreen is great.

Everyone at BestBuy was awesome - the sales guy really listened to me and helped me select the right laptop that suited my needs, and the geek squad guy who installed my MS office was incredibly helpful. If you're an entrepreneur or a professional on the go, this laptop is perfect for you!

This laptop is great for travel for work - light enough to not be annoying to carry continuously, small enough to use on a plane (the flip options make this even nicer), good battery life, still powerful enough to run everything I need plus play some video games (although graphic intense games need to be run at a lower graphics level in order to play smoothly)

I have purchased laptops in the past at Best Buy. This is the first time I purchase a laptop for my business. The Best Buy personnel were very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting the right laptop. I am very pleased with the Lenovo - Thinkpad Yoga 14 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop purchase I made. Great computer. The one disadvantage is no CD Rom or DVD player or burner.

I am on my 5th model of this laptop. All have had issues ranging from flickering screen, very glitchy performance, not turning on, to turning off every time I pick the laptop up! I'm not a believer in such a bad string of coincidences - not after 4 returns - so I feel that the Lenovo 14" Thinkpad must be flawed somehow. I keep sticking with this model in the hope that I will land up with one that functions as it should, but so far, my efforts have not paid off. 1100 USD may not be that much, but I expect a functioning machine for that price. Number 5 will go back soon, due to the flickering screen. Keep the digits crossed for me - perhaps No.6 will be the one. Another reason I keep "trying" to get a functioning model, is that this is a durable machine. It is attractive in its own way, and highly portable and functional - its weight is perfectly acceptable. At 14" it was the lowest size I wanted to go - 13" I found just to small, and many 13" appear to have scaling issues still. I may be a little out of touch with technology, as the last time I bought a laptop was 6 years ago - 6 flawless years with my Toshiba. When I use the internet with the Thinkpad, it sometimes becomes very glitchy and slow. This happens at least once a day, and has happened with every one I have had so far. I have no idea what causes this, and Geek Squad have not been able to tell me. It is a very nice machine all told, and I would undoubtedly love it if it functioned correctly. As things stand, I will try once more - then I will switch to Asus............or back to Toshiba. If that happens, Lenovo will loose a new customer, as 6 strikes out of 6 tries smacks of manufacturer issues. I would love to recommend this laptop, but I can't in good conscience. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I am being generous in the 2 I gave it.

This is a good machine but it is just too heavy to make it worth keeping.

This laptop is really good. The first version of this laptop was giving an issue but it's solved already. The item was shutting down by it self but I taken to Bestbuy and they fix it. I recommend this item. I already have almost a year with this and still working like the first day... Excellent.

The laptop is nice but I've always used a Dell. I'm having a hard time getting use to it.

I had a problem at first learning how to use the Windows 8.1 OS. The Lenovo is an excellent 2 in 1 laptop. It is light weight and has lots of storage and speedy processor. Long batter life too. This is the first Lenovo I have purchased and I would purchase another when I need a new one.
