Customers are saying

Customers admire the Yoga 2's long battery life, ease of use, light weight, and compact size, frequently praising its convenient design and helpful kickstand. However, the keyboard's magnetic attachment and the lack of a full-sized USB port are common points of concern. Some users also found the limited storage capacity and the somewhat awkward stand to be drawbacks.

Using the tablet for a couple months and it is working fine. No issues except minor WIFi issues. Issues arise when leaving one network and going to the next when the tablet is running. After a restart it works fine. I really enjoy the build quality though the keyboard isn't great. I do like the battery life and the sd card slot. I would recommend this for basic use. It is a replacement for the old netbooks.

I got this for me so I can take it to the meetings which I do not have to take the regular laptop which its heavy and bulky to carry around. You will like it because of the size and it's very easy to use. Love the idea that you review in both windows at the same time rather going back and forth. That is an excellent feature.

Minimal machine that you are constantly reminded of as you use it. I guess the positives are that it is light, easy to hold and the charge lasts a good bit. It is slow. Lags in response to to touch. No full-sized USB and so the only micro-USB gets taken for the power adapter. The keyboard is fine on the basic level but the mousepad has to be some engineer's joke. It has your pointer jumping around from an glancing brush and it is NOT A SMOOTH TEXTURE! It is rough textured and hard to move smoothly on! I had dropped my Surface Pro and figured I'd make due with a cheaper replacement. Well this is not satisfactory. And the stand is difficult to work with, hard to get it moving from closed position.

I bought this device for my wife for Christmas and while she was really hoping for either a new laptop or IPad (love's Apple products) she has been quite delighted by this tablet/laptop. It has good battery life, excellent audio and display qualities. The only issue she had was sometimes the Bluetooth keyboard that comes with it loses signal or does not connect and requires a reboot. This could be a setup issue as she is not perfect with computers. Overall it seems like a great device and she likes it.

I bought it because it included Microsoft office, and wanted to work while traveling without the size of a laptop, screen is excellent. Had a glitch in first one battery wouldn't charge. Best buy exchanged and have been using this more than the laptop for interest and email. Light weight, perfect size,.

The tablet performance was very good. It can endure regular tasks like words, web-browser, schools... the not-perfect about this tablet is about its Bluetooth keyboard. the connection get lost once in a while. the touchpad is so-so to use. the touchscreen is very highly responsive it takes about 1-2 days to fully charged from 30% battery with its own chargers (it may be due to micro-usb powered and low power charger). however I can solve it by buying more powerful charger online which can fit with this model, and it gets charged really quickly like other tablets.

great screen but with win 8.1 its not very good. when trying to play videos its choppy. the keyboard and its lack of locking the screen into it makes it worthless to use while lap typing. so make sure its stable. lack of full size usb makes it hard to use expandable memory. the lack of being able to charge while using an otg cable again makes it useless.

Got it for my cousin. He seems to like it. It is reasonably fast, very light and pleasure to use. I wish it was up-gradable (more RAM or SSD). However, this is a very entry-level notebook and the price reflects that very well.

Bought this for my mother. The ONLY drawback so far is that it does not have a usb port. We had asked the employee to show us the ones with a usb, and he included that one. Not his fault that we did not ask where it was on that tablet. That being said, it is quick and works well. A little uncomfortable when holding but not unmanageable.

I ended up taking this back after a week of trying to use it. I bought it for a mobile work platform when I'm out of the office. Light excel, word processing, and internet access for my Google Drive. The price was great and I run Windows 8 on my desktop at work. I thought this was the perfect on the go machine... The "gestures" were not always functional and varied between apps and or programs. By the way, this was a bit frustrating, juggling between apps and full programs on this tablet. The design of the product is cool, but I found it really frustrating when trying to use the keyboard sitting down on a sofa, or a comfortable chair with out a desktop surface. The product requires the use of the kickstand in order to stay up and the magnets that attach the keyboard to the tablet are weak. So weak, in fact, that the keyboard falls off if you grab the tablet without holding the keyboard. I found the best option was to lay it down on my lap and prop my knees up to see the screen. This was only comfortable for about 2 minutes and aggravating after about 1. Any movement of the legs and this silky smooth product would slide around. I exchanged this for a completely different product- the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and paired it with a Zagg Autofit 8. It is seamless. Sure, I'm not running full Windows (not that I will ever do from a tablet again), but this product does everything I wanted it to. It's faster, it's lighter (even with the keyboard), and has a way better screen.

Pros: Great Idea, smart design, Windows 8.1 ran smoothly on the device. I was able to connect all device at ease with the Micro to USB cable. Apps responded well. Cons: I enjoyed the design of the tablet but had to return the item twice for replacement. The first was for the keyboard stop connecting to the device even after resetting to factory settings. The second replacement device battery was NOT holding a charge. After the second attempt I went back to my Samsung tablet.

Love the kickstand! always comes handy. Touchscreen can be a little shaky at times in terms of reponsiveness but acceptable overall. Keyboard woeks fine, just needs to be on table surace, and kinda comes off easily. Overall, good for the money. I like it. If you have micro HDMI cable, you can do LOTS more with it.

I've had my tablet for about a month now. Very pleased with it. Seems to be plenty fast. Still trying to get used to Windows 8. Streams Netflix very well! I also have been using MS Office on it. I love using the Bluetooth keyboard while using Office. I do wish the integrated kickstand cam out a little easier, but I understand why it doesn't. I researched a few different tablets before I settled on this one including the Surface. I think the Surface would be better, but it's also double the price. Did not want an Android tablet, mostlt because I knew I would be using Office. All-in-all, I'm happy with my choice.

I wasn't so sure which tablet to go for, if you need a more productive tablet 2 in 1 hybrid then you're most likely going for a full Windows powered device (Android/iOS do support some productive apps such as Word processors but fail to deliver imo) and mind you Windows 8.1 with Bing is no different than the regular they just added the default search engine to Bing which can of course be changed to the best which is Google, you can review the specs and although 4gb of RAM would be appreciated then you would be considering something like a Surface Pro, this one does its job with 2gb and I can play 1080p no problem, tbh I still can't find anything wrong with this, only downside is the 32gb storage which leaves you with 28-29gb of free space I think but I got the max supported capacity SD card for this device which is 64gb. Hope it helps.

I purchased this device on sale for under $300. It is running a full version of Windows 8.1 and serves the purpose for for which iI purchaced it for (install tuning software for my race car). It has yet to disappoint... Also the fact that the batter lasts for several days... so it is mostly ready if i need it. This was a great choice in comparison to the more expensive Surface Pro. In the table realm, it is outstanding and for a laptop replacement, passable... gets the job done.

Lenovo tablet has amazing battery life. Last for days not hours. Got mainly because i needed a tablet with windows. The speed is good may be a tad slower the iPad Air but still very usable. I would recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a windows tablet. Much cheaper then the surface and fits my needs.

Hard to find a *Tablet, or *Laptop, in general for people WHOM HAVE CERTAIN dis*ABILITIES, NEEDED FOR THE CORRECTIVE USE FOR 'A TABLET. ' INORDER to EVEN, FUNCTION &, GET BY, day by day w. A EVEN SEMI-NORMAL LIFESTYLE. With a hard search and difficult looking process, even with a computer expert, as my dad whom helped MI along the way. We finally came accross this tablet 2 in 1. Thinking it was as described on a demographic information sheet, as well as by a best buy sales expert. As what my description of what I was searching for, was it. But, well .I have had the thing for about 1 month now, I have tried to operate it, it makes no absolute sence to mi. I cannot figure out 1 thing past the login screen. And, the bluetooth keypad will not seem to no matter wat you try to do, will not connect to the tablet, which seems to be quite honestly a pain. So I'm about 50/50 here on this tablet. Due to its just sitting here. Never been on it but once. So it's worthless.

This tablet is great. It is quick and performs well for the price range. It upgraded to Windows 10 nicely. Great screen. The major negative is how the keyboard attaches to the tablet. It is a weak magnetic connection. But I use it detached most of the time anyway unless I am typing on a desk. So not a big negative for me but it could be for some. By the way, battery life is fantastic!

I’ve had this system for about 6 months now and from what I have read in the reviews before I bought this, I’m not happy. When you had gotten the unit everything seems pretty ok. Its fast, keyboard’s nice and useful. Not really any problems at all. But now I haven’t really even been using it that much because it freezes and crashes when you leave it alone over night or random moments when you’re using it. The keyboard is soo glitchy. I hardly even use it anymore. Which is one of my main reasons why I bought this. Some of the keys don’t even work now. Just stopped working for no reason. The trackpad go’s in and out of working. The iPad mini I bought with this is more useful. Even the on screen keyboard is more useful (on the iPad and Lenovo). Better to just buy a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The only pros there is, is watching video on the screen which is very good in resolution and the sound is great. Useful for checking email. That’s about it.
