For reference, I work as an insurance agent so I live on my computers and store tons of data and documents. It's fast, has a nice screen, and the tablet feature is amazing as well. It's also light considering its size as most 15" laptops are decently heavy.

So, I'm still not totally at home on it yet, but so far, it's been very promising! My computer-knowledgeable son, who checked it out for me and set up all my security, said he is very impressed with the laptop. I'm looking forward to completing my file transfers and using it fulltime!

My old Lenovo quit on me after 5yrs. A young sales man, who seem to be quite knowledgeable, took the time and gave me an education on each of his floor models and I ended up buying another Lenovo. Even though it was terrible busy in the store I was treated with patience, respect with a smile!

Great computer, but has severe crash issues

Once with the Bios and once with Windows. The Geek Squad had no explination for how either happened and were able to fix it. But a lot of hassle and extra money as it of course became a problem a month after the year long warranty expired. I don't know if these are random issues I am having or if this is a known issue with this computer model.

When you use Windows 11 is little different to use it, but once you get use to it is the best I ever used! I got all the windows 11 updates and it was very nice and fast! Battery life is so close 12 hours before I charged it. When I was charging it was longer my old laptop my new Lenovo laptop.

The 15 inch size with the numeric keys on the right size is just what I was used to, so handy if you work with numbers. I ditched the trial McAffee and Office programs and bought permanent ones from offers on line. Everything loaded nicely along with easily cloning almost everything from my old laptop. This is a very powerful tool for the price. It boots up super fast and the fingerprint reader is such a fast way to get it up and running easily. I recommend this highly.
