This computer is fantastic for its price: Latest generation of processors, FAST speed ram, very high res. display, touchscreen, foldable, fingerprint reader, almost no bezels, lighter than my Mac air and already compatible with the new Microsoft Pen. The only flaw is that it doesn't come with a backlit keyboard, but for the price is a top of the edge machine nevertheless.

Lightweight, somewhat affordable. Runs great for the basic uses of email checking, streaming, shopping.

The laptop was an open box but didn't have any scratches or problems. It works wonderfully. The battery life isn't horrible, and its portability is great. I did not purchase a pen to go with it but the touch screen itself is very nice. The 1080p resolution at this price point with a solid state drive made this purchase a huge win.

I have used many different laptops and computers for various reasons. One may be for gaming and entertainment, another may be for more work related things. Out of all the brands that I have used, I have really come to like this one. Many corporations use and trust Lenovo, so I had thought "Why not get one?" It was a great choice I made. The Lenovo Yoga 720 is a very good PC to use for more work orientated use. It functions very quickly and is able to store a lot of information. I do recommend that one does not fill the PC with junk files and many others things with out a virus protector. It can be very harmful to this PC and is quite hard to remove. This PC also has a backlit keyboard which can help in many cases if you like to be in the dark at times or write at night (This is so with many people such as myself). If you are someone who would want to run a different OS on the PC, it is possible with Linux or Ubuntu. Any way, to the point of this review, I would recommend this PC to people who like to work on the go and prefer small PCs such as this one. It is good for multi-tasking and can hold a lot of information (If you use it properly). I would not recommend this laptop to any gamers though because the space and RAM is not strong enough to hold that amount of storage. I also would not recommend this PC to anyone who would want to use it for a full on work PC. It is not at the full capacity to run with the amount that many workers do. To college students, this would definitely be something I recommend to use, just make sure that you utilize a cloud of some sort, like One Note or Microsoft Cloud. Below are the basic things that good and bad about the PC: Pro: -Battery life: You can use this laptop for up to 6-8 hours without charge -Display: It is very fine and has an HD feel to it -Backlit keyboard: Can help if you are in a dark area for the time being. Utilized with the F key and space bar -Finger print scanner: Protects PC from who can and cannot go on -The 2-in-1 function: Can be very helpful for aspiring artists and engineers (recommended to buy the Wacom Bamboo Ink) -Speed: The PC can use many programs at once and very reliable -Portability: Very much light and the charger cord is not big and chunky either to carry -Design: It is very sleek and has a modern look to it -Price: For the amount they are selling it for, it is not bad at all and very reasonable Con: -Ports: As said in many reviews, it does lack forts. You only have one USB port along with the charging port and headphone jack -Storage: It is not the best as it holds 128GB. It is good for light workers but if you work with your PC a lot, make sure to have a cloud. (Personally for me, it is fine but to others, 128GB is small for a PC) -Fan: The fan is not as bad as you would think it would be. It does make a lot of noise though, not loud though. My daughter needed a compiuter for high school. I am tired of paying Apple prices and didn't think it was a good idea for her to be carrying around a an expensive laptop at school. This was the alternative we found. In many ways, it's far superior to the MacBook Pro we have at home. Equal solid build quality with touch screen, more RAM, faster processor, and a fingerprint reader to boot. The only minor letdown is though WIndows 10 is much improved over previous versions, it still isn't quite as stable as Mac OS. But for half the price, it's definitely a Best Buy!

Very nice build quality, especially at this price range; it's all brushed aluminum and in a light, compact size. I really like the keyboard, touch screen, tablet mode, etc; I'm 6'4", so these aspects on most laptops seem to be designed around smaller hands in mind; but I have no issue using them on this laptop. This laptop feels very well built and should last for years to come. Touch pad is nice too, just not on Apple's level. The price is a fraction of a Macbook however; meaning this would be a better choice unless you're really into coding or multimedia editing. Battery life is also very substantial and should exceed most people's needs. I really like the tablet mode as I plan on using this as a textbook reader as well; portrait mode is much more suitable for textbooks. There are some gripes I have with this laptop; there is only one USB 3.0 port (two type C however) and it came preloaded with some junk software nobody wants, but much less than most prebuilt computers from my experience. This laptop's biggest problem is it only has 4GB RAM which is soldered to the motherboard, so the only way you're upgrading the memory is with a new motherboard. So far it seems adequate for what I'm using this computer for, but users of more intensive software should definitely go with more memory.

I bought this laptop because it was small, lightweight, touchscreen, and can basically turn into a tablet. Those features are all great and it loads super fast because it uses an SSD. Overall a great purchase.

The computer is great, very light and portable with a good battery life.

I am a grad student and I needed a computer that was versatile and fast. This YOGA is small enough to fit in my purse but big enough to watch presentations and Netflix on. It has everything I need and works well with the bamboo active pen. The only thing I wish it had was an HDMI port or more than one USB port.

I like that is easy to use when I travel. Wish it had a little more RAM. it's nice how easy it goes from tablet to laptop. very convenient for work stuff in the field.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for portability and does not need major performance boost for Photoshop and such. I returned this product and got the same one with 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. The RAM is soldered on both models so cannot be easily changed/upgraded as a DIY. Pros: - Light Weight - Backlight Keyboard (2 Brightness + Off) - Fingerprint sensor is snappy - Screen is bright - Wish it came with the Pan (Ink) and wouldn't have minded paying for it. (Comes with an empty box that shows the Pen in the front) Cons: - Like everyone else, the Fan Noise is the biggest Con. But thus far, I have not had major issues with it. People will definitely hear it in a library.

I had a macbook pro hand-me-down prior to purchasing this Lenovo Yoga laptop, and overall it's just been such an improvement in terms of how I can navigate the laptop and use all it's amenities. The touch screen and ability to write over pages and save them as PDFs is one of my favorite features because it's such a different characteristic. Macbook pros are great, don't get me wrong, but for the price paid with the student offer on this laptop, the Lenovo Yoga, I definitely feel as though I'm getting more bang for my buck! The workers at Best Buy were also extremely helpful and gave me many tips in what apps to set up first when I unlock my new laptop.

The keyboard is perfect and fun to type with. Fingerprint works amazing. The laptop is small and portable and it looks good too. I love the touch screen. The problem with this laptop is the fan noise. It runs very loud. Another problem is the WiFi. There are times when the WiFi isn’t connected while other laptops does not seem to have a problem with the same WiFi. For people who don’t mind this, this is the perfect laptop

After searching extensively for a computer that was like my discontinued Toshiba Radius, I was very pleased with this computer. True to the reviews the mouse does occasionally glitch out but the overall operation of the computer is awesome. It is fast and responsive. It is also a perfect size for on the go.

Nice laptop, light weight, average size, portable and friendly

I use this laptop for all my college work and it is wonderful. It's perfect for moving around and working because its light and it has a great battery life. I am a neuroscience major, so I am often researching and the processor on the laptop is great for multitasking.

My only reservation is the memory in this laptop. I didn't realize it until the Geek Squad called me during the transfer of my files to let me know that the hard drive was not large enough to hold all of my pictures. I had to purchase an external hard drive to store my photos, which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it's great.

after dealing with the best buy store and having numerous problems with stock the store refused to sell anymore laptops to me or give me back my original. I ordered this one again off bestbuy.com and will say it has surpassed my expectations. its quick, responsive, and built with quality. Lenovo did a very nice job and it feels much like a apple product. Battery life is amazing, I average about 8 hours on a charge and about 6 if I am charging my phone while using it. it takes about 2 hours to charge fully. the touch screen is nice but I am ocd and rarely use it. the keyboard is nice and quiet and does not feel cheap. the only things Lenovo should have changed is adding more storage, the 128gb ssd is not large enough for most things so I'm limited to storage, and I feel that it would have been better if they installed a sim card slot but otherwise the laptop is great.

This laptop is fast, portable and perfect for my everyday use.
