The heart of the Yoga 730-15 is the Windows 10 operating system. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

The yoga design makes it awesome to flip and use viewing videos and the benefit of the touchscreen makes it so easy to use. The battery life is great as well.

Is is a large computer. The keyboard is very good. Has quick charge, will full charge is a few hours. Can be used with the Lenovo Pencil but is not included.

It had to be at least 8gb. I was looking at another laptop. However, the sales associate found this one. It was on sale as well as 12 gb. I was instantly sold. I love it so far. It's fast, sleek, and I love the surround sound. Note: I did have to update the driver so that the speakers could work-which was new for me. I hadn't bought a laptop-especially a PC in close to 6 years. I am an apple user but you get so much bang for your buck. For a comparable macbook, it would put me well over $1000. I have an iMac so that should work still for my desk top. This laptop is great. It's large in size-which I prefer. It isn't the lightest but I like the weight. Great laptop!

The Yoga 730-15 ships with a full size, 15.6-inch screen (screen size measured diagonally), but the overall device size is just 14.17 x 9.80 x 0.68 inches and weighs only 4.17 lbs. You can keep your Yoga 730-15 running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and the supporting BIOS files and drivers are all up to date. This is easily done by just scanning the computer regularly with the Lenovo Utility Software installed on the computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. To maximize battery life, first adjust your battery saver settings. Thus far I love everything about it. The screen is very clear but also very glossy and catches every reflection. Start up time? Nearly instant, my old Lenovo loaded up quickly but this one is blazing fast. Finger print reader works perfect and the keyboard feels a little tight but I got used to it fairly quickly. As the kids say, no regerts.

Multiple Quality Issues

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace the Lenovo Yoga 730-13IKB I bought less than half a year ago that had many quality issues, including blown speakers out of the box and jumpy TouchPad issues. However, there was an issue with the fingerprint reader as it was very hard to get it to recognize my fingers. I had no issue with my past laptops so it is an issue with this PC hardware. I was told to ship back to Lenovo to claim warranty, but would need to provide my own packaging materials to ship it. I don't have time to put up with this. I thought this was the end of my issues. But...Now after only several months, battery is starting to have issues. Battery can only charge to 99% (constant red charging light) and laptop has started to shut down suddenly when battery still has ~30% left. Unacceptable quality. Complete waste of time and money. I have used many ThinkPad laptops since IBM, for almost 20 years, and quality has really gone downhill. Recommend to buy Apple or Dell instead since I have had much fewer issues with these other brands. I have given too many chances and Lenovo has totally failed me.
