Hard Pass! Slow Running From Day One

The amount of unnecessary bloatware was stomach churning. Battery power was subpar at best and although you anticipate that having a larger screen entail a bit of extra bulk, this 2in1 is bulky to the point that it renders the tablet useless. The only redeeming quality is the access to two traditional USB ports as well as two USB-C ports. It also ran extremely hot!

About 3 months in, it wouldn’t turn on. I took it to get looked at and they said it was something about the screen. Now about a year and a half later it runs at the speed of a snail. I am unable to do anything on it without waiting a long time for anything to work. Also, it dies within an hour of taking it off the charger.

Quick bootup. Only has 2 USB 2.0/3.0 ports so you need "C" devices to have more port options. OK for the price range and size but nothing special.

PT keyboard does not work

Regarding the touchpad issue you're experiencing, first, we recommend checking for and applying any available updates in Windows Update Settings and in Lenovo Vantage. If upon applying updates your issue persists, next you can adjust the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom of your Windows 11 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If after trying the above fixes your problem has not been solved, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you. PC failure - mouse key not working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hey guys, I'm sorry to reach out again to you, but I'm kinda upset right now because my brand new laptop bought from Best Buy and delivered just last month, June 21, 2023, has been having issue with mouse key. Today when I woke up to work somehow refuse to work, even though I've tried my best by rebooting the PC, many many times. Hope you have a very quick solution for me because it's affecting not only my work but also my mental balance... I didn't buy a used PC because of this kind of things, so please give a new PC that I can used properly. Thanks and regards. Eviano
