Overall I am very pleased. It has a very crisp screen and is very quick. The only complaint I have at this point (which is why i rated 4 *'s) is the tiny SHIFT key on the right side of the keyboard. This makes it very difficult for someone who already is not great at typing.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

The battery lasted more than 8 hours! And so I bought another one as back up since I was so impressed by the performance of my new laptop. So far, I have no complaints and still completely satisfied.

It will take weeks to get back the speed of typing without the annoying errors - or hesitating to look down. You’ll keep hitting that key whenever you are capitalizing a letter on the left side of the keyboard!

The shift key on the right is small and not in the proper location! Touch typists will dislike this immensely. It's all fine if you use an external keyboard that has a proper shift key. Or if you are a two-finger typist, and can see the letters on the keys, you'd be fine also.
