The world today said classes are going online until this pandemic passes. Until then this was a good balance for price and features to get the job done and still have enough power to have a longer usable lifespan.

I own capable Windows laptops with plenty of RAM and solid state drives. I also own a macbook pro with high end specs. This is by far the item that I use the most. It takes under 7 seconds to boot up, it has great build quality and is ultra fast. I can get my work email on it, and it can perform most tasks that I require. No you will not be able to load certain types of software. It will not run the latest version of SolidWorks, but for everything else, day to day use, it is perfect. I purchased mine when they went on sale at Best Buy. I think that all in it was under $600. For the price point this is just an incredible value.

I use this development via the Linux layer, and gaming via the Android layer. It has been very stable and performant for over a year still. Has a smooth and capable impression when I take it out each day.

My teen son uses chromebooks in his school everyday, and he was in need of a new computer. This Lenovo chromebook is a quality item, in a great midnight blue color, with a very large & beautiful display compared to most chromebooks! The touchscreen option is a terrific feature, especially when playing a Google Play game app. The only 2 cons to consider is the position of the speakers - sometimes they made me wish I could make the volume louder than the max setting & setting up the google cloud print option to allow this chromebook to finally print to my existing wireless Epson printer. The google cloud print option was trickier than I thought it should be - but I did finally get it to work! So overall I’m very happy with this purchase, and would buy it again!

Great value for getting an i5 processor with a beautiful 15.6" display. The option to convert it into tent or tablet mode really makes it great for entertainment and the touchscreen makes it awesome for browsing the web. The only downside is that it does not have a back lit keyboard, but imo that is a minimal inconvenience. Also the only reason I didn't give a 5 is because it's not the top processor choice, but honestly for personal use I would assume an i5 is going to be just fine for most users. If you looking at heavy duty work related application/tasks then you'll want to open up your wallet more and upgrade.

Had windows 7 computer so had to get a new one before 1/14/20. Decided on chrome book. My Lenovo does everything I need it to do. Simple to operate. Fast. I could not be happier with my purchase.

8th gen i5, 8GB RAM, 128 GB SSD. This laptop could run Windows very well. I've tried Chromebooks with only 2 GB RAM with a Celeron processor - stay away from them. Tried Chromebooks with 4GB RAM and a Pentium processor - livable. This Chromebook is VERY quick, VERY responsive. Works like you would expect a Chromebook to work. My only complaint would be how fragile this unit is. If you have a hard tile floor & accidentally drop this, it's finished. Thick carpet, you'll be fine. (coworker destroyed this with a single slip to the floor)

This chromebook has done wonderful for our family. Good value, touch screen working perfectly still with lots of kids using.

I love my Yoga c630. It is fast and does everything I need. I was able to get a great price on an open box. Absolutely worth it.

Got a good deal with great training on how to use and differences between my old computer and this chrome book. Feel safer with security and enjoy it’s light weight and versatility.

This is my first foray from Windows into the ChromeOS world and I'm loving it. The C630 has a giant, crisp monitor that's a pleasure to use for both reading and watching videos. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could install most of the same apps I use on my Android phone. The C630 has plenty of SSD drive space and the processor makes everything run buttery smooth. It's large enough that I probably won't carry it around too much, but the battery life should be fantastic (spec says 25 hours). I'm pretty much leaving it parked in our breakfast nook area so it's plugged in most of the time. The only very minor issues I have with it involve the keyboard. I really wish it had a backlit keyboard. Even a $20 bluetooth keyboard I got to use with my phone a year ago had a backlit keyboard. The other issue is the keys are so flat it's sometimes hard to tell when you get your fingers in the correct home position. But these are really minor issues and I still think it's a fantastic Chromebook. The only other things that have given me pause are related to the ChromeOS so I can't blame the C630 for it. One is the lack of a delete key. There seems to be some religious discussion on both sides of the issue in the forums about that. The other is the wallpaper/desktop area seems to be wasted. You can't put any shortcuts to apps or URLs on it. On the other hand, this might be a good thing as my wife tends to completely fill up the Windows desktop with icons. If only this feature could be implemented in our home to prevent clutter on the counter tops, too! Overall, I'm very happy with the C630 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for someone looking for a Chromebook with a nice, big screen.

Well built and quite good looking. Not at all a windows laptop replacement but definitely a very good option for a chromebook at an awesome price point.

The fridge works great. Controlling it with the SmartThings App was the highlight. Wish it had a touch screen instead of press buttons.

Fine Chromebook except I cannot get on Zoom without freezing. Works well otherwise. Does not have backlit keyboard.

The battery life is brief and the body is hefty, but it delivers fine value among big, high-powered gaming laptops, with speed and features that rival more expensive machines.

Fast and stable. Needs a lighted keyboard. Some limitations with Chrome OS I am still getting used to.

Bought this for a daughter to complete her school work on. Simple and easy to use, with touch screen features. Had no issues with it so far

This chromebook is extremely easy to setup and use. This is my first chromebook, and I'm happy with the user interface.

Long time Chromebook user, finally switched from the $200 models to something more powerful. Bought for school but also own a business and this computer has been great for both. 15" monitor was big at first but now nice to help with eye strain, love I can use as a tablet as all my books are online. Fast processor and great multitab function. Would definitely buy again
