Works good. It’s a little loud at first but you get used to it. Has good power and cooks well. Decently easy to clean. Do like that it’s childproof, and the setting to remove it is easy. Touch screen can be hit or miss sometimes, but our family is overall satisfied.

I really wanted a microwave that was not too small and had a dark interior. The only microwave on display was this LG. I already have an LG stove, refrigerator and washer and dryer so I knew this one would be good. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. First of all, it is quiet. It does not blare loudly when turning off. The turntable configuration is so much better, it does not wobble around. I highly recommend this microwave.

Good price on a larger microwave that fit perfectly on our space. The quality and performance have been similar to our older model, and the new features have been a bonus.

My only small complaint was that the child lock was a bit difficult to disable at first but once we got that out of the way, it was a breeze. We love the color and the finish, as it matches perfectly with our countertops. Very simple, and easy to use microwave.

Old one died, picked this one up quickly. Works well. No loud buzz or chime when done, but that doesn't bother me.
What I especially like is that setting cook time is simple and direct. "Type" in 33 or 111 and "go" and it runs for thirty-three seconds, one minute eleven seconds, etc. It also has a 30-second button, but our other microwave was limited to whole and half minutes.

Looks great. Noisy. Mine was missing feet. Bought 4 LG microwaves over the years. Quality is meh. The turntable on the larger models kept breaking, so the plate wouldn't spin. This one has a more reliable setup, however the rolling frame under the glass tray is noisy and the wheels audibly drag inside the unit. There's substantially less sound deadening than my previous LG microwave of the same size. The epoxy coating on the inside is a gray color, but it doesn't seem as easy to clean as some other brand's coatings.
But it looks good, the door mechanism seems reliable, and it's pretty powerful. I don't use the smart features, so I feel like these drive up the price. I have noticed less EMF noise when using this unit vs the old one. Not sure what changed, but my wireless devices don't go on the fritz when using it. I also enjoy the button selection, though the tactility of the buttons could be improved. At least I can select 12 seconds cook time if I want to, which is honestly an improvement over the other microwaves. Why is it so hard to put number buttons that work well?
Powerful, sleek, and good feature set with buttons! But a little louder than the old one, quality control is meh.

Everything about this microwave saya a 5 star rating should be applied, except for one thing - the door opening function. It features a dual push button to open the door. It can be cumbersome and annoying, but you'll get used to it. That said, I can't see the logic for that design. Overall, however, a good product!

Works great. There is a screw you can turn to disable the child lock which is nice. Lots of space inside and the turntable is way bigger than my previous microwave making it easier to clean up any spills.

Great design, perfect function, easy to set-up and use. Not a single complaint from the wife or kids. Works perfect every time. It also has an optional child safe lock that you can engage if needed.

We’ve had this microwave for a few weeks now. What I like is the size, it has good power, and the buttons are uncomplicated. What I don’t like is the “add 30 seconds” button is unclear where to push. And often doesn’t engage when I push the same spot. I feel like I have to hit a moving target. Would I buy it again? Probably. But I can’t endorse it completely.

I am very happy with the functionality and power of this microwave. Opening the door again by pressing the special part of the front panel took a little getting used to after having an LG model that one pulled open on the right side. The various chimes that indicate that the food has just stopped heating or that it is waiting to be removed are very pleasant to the ear. It is amusing that the oven will cue you with the word "FOOD" if you set a cooking time and press start without putting any food into the oven. The oven interior is quite spacious, with a more-than-adequately-sized revolving glass tray of substantial weight and quality,
I disabled the button that makes door opening child-resistant because that feature is not needed in our home.
I like the fact that I can now set heating time in increments of single seconds; my last LG microwave only allowed ten-second increments.
I had some difficulty in setting the clock, having to unplug the oven when I discovered that I had inadvertently set the wrong time.
One change that I would make would be in the appearance of the oven: I prefer more stainless steel and less black in the front frame of the oven.

I recently purchased the LG [model] microwave, and it has been excellent so far. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the sensor cook feature takes the guesswork out of reheating. The controls are simple to use, and the sleek design looks great in my kitchen. It’s also quieter than my old microwave and very easy to keep clean. Overall, a solid, reliable appliance that makes everyday cooking and reheating so much easier. Highly recommend!"

Price was reasonable but selection was poor. Lettering on the panel is hard to read and the double lock is a pain. It does its job very well but the move makes it a bit of a pain to use.

Cooks evenly, not super loud. Only downside (not for me) is lack of unilluminated buttons. Has child secure lock as an great security addition and disabling it only requires a Philips. Would recommend!
