Works well. No button illumination is annoying.

Seems just fine. Bought it via Consumer Reports recommendation. I don't used it for anything complicated beyond heating up stuff. The only downside is that the control panel button are not illuminated so it is very difficult to see the buttons.

Love Love Love, this microwave! It is very easy to use. It's quiet. I love how you can set the door to lock it open freely. This microwave plays a pleasant little jingle when food is ready instead of the annoying loud beeps.

I purchased after reading Consumer Reports review of countertop microwaves--highly rated. Although limited use so far, am very pleased with intuitive controls, and performance. Owners manual could be improved as instructions for disabling child lock feature are not accurate. You tube video showed correct procedure.

We researched this microwave to find it would be the perfect size, look and performance we needed. Unfortunately we had to buy 3 microwaves before we found one that worked, wasn't dented and wasn't noisy. Although it was a higher price than we originally bought the first two microwaves at, it was better to buy it then than spend more time and engergy looking.

Nice microwave with good power and features. Has sufficient space for all we heat. Quiet and appealing tones. Two features I miss from previous microwaves are express on buttons and stop rotating tray. I need to get familiar with sensor cooking which controls levels based on humidity in oven. Also you can express on by pushing +30 sec multiple times so working with that.

We bought this to replace an older unit. It’s solid and gets the job done and has the brightest inside light I’ve ever seen in any microwave I’ve ever used in the past. Setting the clock is a pain though since you have to unplug it to reset it, but I don’t personally consider that a deal breaker.

The wife said it is the best microwave she ever used.
From ease of door opening, correct cooking time and temp to the soft not LOUD when cooking is done.

So far we really like it. Sleek design. Quiet operation. The only thing I really didn’t like was you have to use two fingers to get the dang door to open, which is really odd to me. Other than that though, I would have given it 5 stars.

I recently purchased a new LG microwave to replace a 30 year old Tappan microwave that had stopped working. I like the LG unit's sleek design and the ease of it's function.
Goes to show that every 30 years it is worth upgrading.

An excellent product. The stain resistance feature is wonderful. However, my family has one complaint: (1) the timing buttons are not very sensitive. Often takes double touches to be certain that the time wanted is set.
